I ordered a beard kit on June 5, and my payment was taken immediately. After that, I received zero updates about my order.

I have emailed and messaged you on WhatsApp multiple times and you have completely ignored me. Today is 13/12/2025, and I still have not received my order or any response. I wasted nearly $100 on this.

This looks like nothing but false advertising. You promote this product heavily on TikTok, take people’s money, and then disappear. There is no customer service and no accountability.

I’m posting this to warn others — do not waste your money. Until I receive my order or a full refund, I will continue to report and share this experience publicly.

This is the only review you need to hear to make your mind up.

I’ve ordered from this site before as a gift to a friend and they gave a little chocolate as well, which was just a cherry on top.

My recent order was for a family member and I just requested for the gift to be wrapped for the persons birthday. Not only did they do that, they upgraded the order as a little add on. A company that cares about their customers is a company that will be forever successful. Get your products from this company

Just received the parcel. Had been eagerly waiting for it for some days now. The Oud oil packing was not up to the mark. The lid was loose and hence it had leaked out and the bottle was not full.

Products arrived swiftly and in immaculate packaging. Great customer service and communication throughout the process. Quality of products far exceed the price-point, and I've experienced zero issues with any of the bottles or tubs. Brush and comb (and especially the pouch) are sturdy and indicative of high quality craftsmanship. Clear and detailed instructions are enclosed with all products. Highly recommend this company to any and all looking to take better care of their facial hair in a more sustainable way.
