The worst ever with a very bad customer Support . It is obvious that they do not care. despite all the complaints here ,they did not bother to respond any . I have left all the cint platforms I belong to. Big scam

I belong to several survey websites that uses this platform to either to prescreen questions or take the actual survey if it is available. Some websites I completely gave up because I would be completing prescreen questions for about five minutes or longer it would say I do not qualify. Most websites make you complete a profile so your chances are qualifying are limited. However the websites that use this platform are not consistent and unpredictable.

After claiming my money they threw me out of the system. No warning and without valid reason… when I mailed them they told me that my account was deleted because of fraud?? I invested quite some time in this… very very dissappointing!!!

they anytime suspend account without any issues and without paying our amount which we earned with hard time and effort... truly they don't care about their users

I agree, any panel that is run by cint is the worst. Their support is horrible, and they take too long and then they randomly either block you or ask for too much information. Why do they need to see ids? For the panels that pay to paypal, you have already been id'd by paypal so what is the problem? I don't show my id if it is not necessary; Paypal doesn't accept payments made to you unless your id has been confirmed so who do Cint think they are to ask for your id to ensure that you are you? What do they really want your id for?

Completely agree with many, done many survey and many similar survey are also in other survey platform. Require constantly remind for the payment and out of sudden they just block your account without explanation. The account still have rewards, they just block account and your won't get exchange rewards. I have doubts of their data now.

I fully completed two lengthy surveys for this company and they refused to pay the promised amount for completion. Despite appeals to them they refused to change claiming that either I had not completed the surveys or I had been timed out .Neither was the case as I had fully completed both surveys without interruption. I would therefore caution other users who undertake their surveys to be advised accordingly

Cint have helped us to change strategies, learn about the market and recognize trends early enough to make changes in upcoming campaigns.

The panel just terminated my account right after I requested a payment with no notice or reason whatsoever. My payment was 10 days late so I reached out to Support about it on the 17th of May (which I'd also done a few months ago, and back then Support replied and paid me immediately) Now, the 22th, I can't log in the panel at all, and the 'password reset' email isn't coming, so I think it's safe to say that my account has been terminated. I've reached out to Support twice and received no reply. I'm very disappointed, I've only ever been honest with my survey answers and I'd had a pleasant experience with Support, and the panel in general, before.

Okay, where to start… One big disappointment, i got like €100 and suddenly I could not log in anymore, no warning, no contact, nothing.. Reached out to Cint, this is the reply I got:

We regret to inform you that our systems have identified activity that is in violation of Cint's Participant Terms & Conditions for Panel Membership. As a result, we have removed your panelist account from our system and you will no longer be able to log in, take part in surveys or other research programs, or redeem or receive any rewards.

This decision was made following a thorough review of your account(s) by our quality team and is therefore not reversible.

No explanation why or what I did wrong (still have no clue).

SO PEOPLE PLEASE DON’T COMMIT YOURSELF TO CINT!!! They collect tons of information about you and when you earn to much they throw you out of their system and your money is gone!! They say activity in violation with…. 99% of the questions are multiple choice, what could or should go wrong? That sometimes you choose the wrong answer by accident which does not fit in your profile??

Once again.. WATCH OUT, WHEN THE COLLETED ENOUGH INFORMATION ABOUT YOU THEY THROW YOU OUT!!

I need to update on a review I made bout Cint. I got in touch with lifepoints surveys as i too kept getting Error 404 cookies too large and like others thought it was cint. After getting advice it seems it is just you need to clear all cookies etc. It works, so apologies.

Terrible! You spend all your time repeatedly filling in your personal details. You spend ages responding to a detailed survey and get to the end, only to find is it was a scam and gives you a message to say "sorry you are not eligible".
You click on a reasonably paid survey, fill in all your details AGAIN, only to find the survey IS as long as it said, but with a fraction of the stated payment.
Contacting customer service is a waste of time, they don't even bother to read your request, just spew out some standard response.

I have made a total of eight requests for payment to Paypal. One of them has gone through correctly. EVERY SINGLE OTHER HAS GONE INTO PENDING STATUS THEN FAILED.
The panel being used is Triaba. Requests / complaints have been made through Triaba (Frode) and forwarded to Cint. I have also made two direct requests to Cint with no response.
The first two Paypal requests went via the pending/failed route, then reopened and processed by someone named Mamta at Cint (note this would never have been cleared without complaint). One, as mentioned earlier, went through cleanly. There are 5 outstanding that have not been actioned. As mentioned above these clearly CAN BE ACTIONED IF THEY WANT. This is clearly a way to delay payments in the hope that they will slide, then keep the cash.
There will probably be a reply from them to this report to contact support. AS MENTIONED ABOVE THIS HAS ALREADY BEEN DONE THROUGH MULTIPLE CHANNELS WITHOUT RESPONSE.
The dates of these activities by the way are from the 7 Feb until now.

Cint are a complete load of cints. The surveys will sometimes work, but more often than not fail after you have spent a significant amount of time on them. They will cancel your account for what they claim is illegal activity, this will be when you try to ask for a payout, which of course maybe a coincidence. Unfortunately their surveys seem to be used by other more reputable survey companies and have the same performance with them. Obviously they ignore support requests. My opinion, supported by the evidence similar to their claims of illegal activity on my account, is that most of the positive reviews here are generated by the Cints.

These people have more than one Trustpilot review set and on their other one, they're blaming me for their fraud. Telling me that I was told not to do surveys at more than one site, which is slander unless they present any evidence that happened at all. They won't though because they're also not in compliance with U.S. laws, which can get them blocked from U.S. servers. People need to report them to the companies in their surveys and to survey companies that run surveys through them because these people are calling us the scammers and liars. I've pressed a few companies to look in to their support tickets for the past 3-4 years and how they resolve them because I bet they aren't even following U.S. compliance laws. This company needs a major investigation and we can all make that happen if we keep reporting them to companies. It's time for these people to die off so a company that doesn't scam every single user, blame them for broken systems and lie about them can take these surveys.

they are champions at interrupting the surveys once you are half way through or near the end of the survey they break off and are cowardly enough to say you were not a suitable candidate when the survey they were supposed to have has been filled in, so they collect the money and they do not have to pay the people who filled it in

I send them emails but I don't get answers thanks

Although I qualified for some of their surveys, I don't understand why sometimes when I look for surveys, this will appear:
You don't have enough privileges.
You are temporarily blocked from completing surveys.
This is usually related to the connection you are logging in from.

this is a spam website and often doesn't pay even though I've done the survey. and I have not been paid by this website several times when I protested they did not respond at all

Honestly, this app is very bad and awful. I recommend you not to participate in it or you will be regretted for the time you spend on it.
First, this app is very slow. The survey takes many times to load and you have time to spend more times to wait and complete it, but there is no extra money.
Sometimes, after you finish the survey, they don't pay you any money for your working and there is also no record for that survey. They are very smart on not giving people the survey code number, so when there is any problem like missing rewards, you probably don't have any proof to show them so they can ignore it.
Lastly, their payment process is very complicated and hard. You can probably loss your money and your account can be blocked. And they will make up some reasons to reject the payment to you like you have violated to their term and condition even you didn't do anything wrong.
I totally warn you not to join it.
