What you see is not always there
Oder was placed and part of the order was a fountain pen and refills. Rest of the goods arrived and the refills but no pen due to an error in counting stock apparently. I re-order the same pen in a different colour and include a tip for the pen (since I had the refills but no pen). The second order arrives with the pen but no tip also due to an apparent error in counting stock. Same issue on back to back orders.

Very cheap product. Wooden A-Z tiles. Poor printing quality. Poor wooden machining. Smelt terrible (insecticide?). Too cheap to bother a return.
