EDITED 1/1/2025: I increased my score from 3 to 5 stars as I have received excellent service to correct the issue with the design in the windows. The team are going to replace them with the preferred sizing of the design. I am impressed as they are under no imperative to do so given it was delivered to the spec I had signed off. The product will take time to be delivered but it will be worth it. Thank you P&P glass. This is over and above and I am grateful.

I have found it hard to score and given an average (EDITED - I started at 3 stars overall). Working backwards from installation

Installation - brilliant. Wonderful team who were punctual, fun, knowledgeable and worked efficiently and to an excellent standard. 5 stars

On site review by engineer. He was polite and punctual and did a great job. He had not received accurate information from the sales person though but he fed back and the design was corrected. 5 stars.

Salesperson. 2 stars: Didn’t listen to us. We pointed to the type of window in the door we wanted in the showroom. And he didn’t include that in the design. And then when it was picked up by the engineer that we had asked for a different type to that which showed in the order they got back in touch. But the design was not as we picked in the showroom with a 1.5cm clear border of glass within sandblasted pane. It was made much wider and now whenever I look at the door it annoys me. I didn’t see anywhere the size of border. I agreed with the design for the side window. But the ones in the door are just silly and too large as they match the window and the width of the clear part is too big. The salesperson also did lots of measuring of windows we wanted to have rehung or re-glazed etc then never got someone from the windows dept to get in touch having implied it would be no problem.

Hi quality product and expert no hassle fitting

From planning to fitting and after sales P&P were very professional. The quality of both the windows and the fitting were excellent. Maybe not the cheapest but as the saying goes you get what you pay for.

From initially seeing the doors by chance at Hampton Court garden Festival, through to getting a quote and onto installation, all the people we've dealt with have been polite, informative and not pushy. The office kept us well informed at the progress of the build and the lead up to the install. The guys doing the install were very clean and tidy and didn't have any problems that they couldn't deal with. Very pleased.

True professionals. We had the best experience from the door quote up until the installation. Responsive team, always answering our questions even when we had to made edits to the quote.

I thought the process from start to finish was very professional. I was kept well informed over the time to make my products . A special mention to the installers who were great .

Excellent service from start to finish. Very professional and skilled at all stages. Very pleasant workforce who treated me and my home with respect. They did an excellent job fitting windows and back door, dealing skilfully with several challenges thrown up by my old terraced house. It’s lovely and cosy now.

Very professional company, excellent installation team, top quality window!

From initial contact via their website to installation, it was a seamless operation. Everyone turned up when they said, completed their respective jobs and left without any fuss and no complaints from us.
They even made paying the bill easy!
And it’s a great front door and right colour (following their advice).

The price was right and it was delivered on time. Both Peter and the Esher showroom were professional. The time scales were long but met.
The installers completed the work in a day and although a problem arose after several weeks this was resolved quickly.

Professional service. Helpful with ideas when surveying. When I had queries were easy to contact and find out what I wanted to know. Installers were great. Said it would take two days to put in two French doors but two teams turned up and had them done by lunchtime! Most of all solid, attractive and well made doors. Not cheapest but good quality.

An excellent service from beginning to end. Everything was well organised, friendly and efficient from initial point of contact right through to installation. Had a chirpy bunch to install windows, who were polite, clean and tidy, helpful and punctual. When the issue of negotiating the staircase with the window units hit a snag, the company pulled another team and a scaffolding unit for the very next day! Brilliant service. Thank you.

The fitting of four Aluco aluminium windows to our house was done with great professionalism and politeness. The P&P fitters do a great job, holding sheets up by hand while cutting stone tiles stopped the dust from covering the rooms. Any pointing and soffit boards or plaster as made good and the windows were neatly well sealed all round inside and out. The result was super smart.

Really great product, and excellent installation team. Real care and attention to detail, and an excellent quality end result.

They took great care in fitting my windows. I was pleasantly surprised how little dust and damage was caused. You'd hardly know they'd been.
And I was very pleased with the result.
