We do not use fake or bot reviews, and we do not charge customers for standard support. We provide assistance to all customers who need help troubleshooting or setting up their product.
We also offer an optional hands-off setup service for customers who prefer not to handle the installation themselves, which includes remote assistance through AnyDesk. This is a separate convenience service and is not required to receive support.
