Alex helped me get my prescription invoice through despite technical difficulties with Pandia's communication via email. Consent forms and receipts arrive in my email without trouble, but I never received the invoices sent a couple times over. Alex sent a link through the chat for me to fill out a promised to send my troubles on to the tech department for assistance.

Pandia has made getting my specific birth control pills so much easier than my traditional pharmacy. My body needs a certain brand and with Pandia I can be certain to get that every time. Today Arnie was there to help me immediately and my order was placed so fast. It’s painless and Arnie was awesome!

I've consistently had a fabulous experience with Pandia, and Joy is just one example of this. I have ADHD and often forget to do important things like refill medication on time. Pandia timely updates me on my rx, and makes sure I know of deadlines to fill it. If I don't follow up in time, I am given consistent, kind communication to make sure I'm up to date. This means the world to me, because it is so easy for me to remember steps on time.

Joy is an example of why I continue to use the service. She made sure I knew it was time for my refill, and responded in a way that let me know it was a real person on the other end. She also followed up in response to the timeline I gave her, because I forgot to do so. I really wish all prescriptions communicated with me this way. Thank you your help!
