Full order not delivered.
After my initial review below, Panda got in contact and my second set of ink was delivered in a matter of days.
I purchased a muliptack of ink cartridges. At the time of purchase there was an offer available, buy 1 set get a second set free. Both my invoice and delivery email state 2 sets. I received only 1 set.
I emailed Panda Ink and got no response. I have checked the website and the offer is still running.

I found the website difficult and that almost caused me to cancel my order. It was unclear how to move from browsing to the check-out. Then the email to tell me that my order was received took a couple of days.
However, the material arrived on time and it is of good quality, so I have no complaints on that front.
