I work at Target and i was the first…
I work at Target and i was the first customer there this morning at 10am. However, when i first enter the establishment, a female employee and a make employee were still preparing for the day. No big deal, even though i am on my lunch break and have little time to spare, i still understand that quality takes time. So i waited patiently for 30 minutes whilst no one has greeted me, spoke to me, and/or let alone take my order. Finally, at around 10:35, a female employee came and asked “what would you like?” I said “i’d like a plate meal, with noodles *please*.” She tells me “its going to take me like 5 to 6 minutes to have that done.” I said “no problem, ill wait.” She then proceeds to take a very aggressive and deep breath, turns around and continues cooking. At this point, i am already 7 minutes over my break time. She then comes back and asks me again “what would you like?” Mind you, she had already sat the Plate size order in front of her. I said “ill have some noo-“ and before i could finish the sentence she says firmly, “What Size?” I say, “a plate ***please***.” She then asks “any sides?” However, as it is a little noisy in the establishment i could not understand her. I ask politely, “I'm sorry?” She then snaps back very rude & loudly saying “WHAT SIDESSSS.” I say “woah lets calm down, it is not my fault that you all open at 10am yet you are not prepared to take orders until darn near 10:45am. I am very fortunate to have had an understanding Human Resources Manager who allowed me additional time on my lunch break to eat.
DON’T DO IT
I love Chinese, Japanese, and Asian cuisine! With that being said, Panda Express has really gone to S#!+ and I’m sorry but I don’t think there is a way to recover from it. I had an orange chicken bowl for lunch and took two bites out of it and threw it away after trying to give it to my dog. I believe they dumped the entire bottle of vinager on the chicken and I could taste the eggs in the fried rice. I don’t mean taste the eggs in a good way, either. My lips are burning from the vinager. It was so bad and I threw away 10.00 worth of food. I’m not asking for perfect but I am asking for edible. Couldn’t even eat it. My dog wouldn’t touch it and tried to bury it in his food bowl. So I just threw it away. Thanks Panda Express for ruining rice bowls for me. Never again!!!
Bad Customer Service - Matteson, IL
We've had problems with this location in the past, but I would always let it go and consider that every place can off bad days. Then tonight, I ordered dinner to be delivered from this location. When the delivery person hands me my bag, zi think it seems small for having 3 bigger meals and an extra ala cart entree. When I open the bag, only two meals were there. We were missing one. Of course, the one missing was mine. (And I have dietary restrictions.) I immediately call the location to let them know we have a meal missing. I expected them to be apologetic and say I could come pick it up or something. Nope. The lady was rude. She asked me if I was sure that I was missing a meal. Ummm...yeah, we ordered 3 and there are only 2 here. Then she put me on hold for a long time. She came back and rudely said she would refund my meal. That's it. I questioned this and told her that then I don't have food because that was my meal. She didn't seem to care abd repeated that she was giving me a refund. No other options were offered. So, my daughter and my 77 year-old mom had dinner, and I didn't. I don't recommend this location. We've had several bad experiences with this location, and this time I plan to complain. Their customer service is awful at the Matteson, IL location.
Dropping standards
I have been ordering from Panda Express in Bellevue Washington for years and have always been pleased with what I bought and ate. However on my last two trips, I was rather surprised to see nobody waiting to be served or eating there. I ordered as usual but when I got the food home, some few minutes later I found the food overcooked and cool to cold - most unappetizing and mostly thrown away. I will be careful next time and if the place is deserted as the last two times were, I will turn around and leave. What the heck is happening?

I walked in to Panda Express in Lima Ohio on Elida road on July 11 at 6:09 pm soon as I walked in the door there was a black women and a white guy pointing and laughing at me because of my sexuality and the way I dress this is very un professional and embarrassing when the two ladies in front of me looks back at me to see who they where making fun of I have never been so disrespected in my life and I am 40 years old then when I approach at the front the guy says what’s up I said excuse me hello may I have and ask for what I would like to eat the ladies in front of me was not approached with a wassup but a hello can I help you it is not okay to treat people different because there apart of a lgbt community but yet treat other customers with the up most respect I am a general manager of a restaurant and would never tolerate my staff acting this way I will never visit again and will inform my family and friends not to
No Good Food or Service ç
I went to the Sandusky Panda Express for the first time because I had a gift card. I was gonna go inside but the door was locked at 9:00 pm. According to the website they're supposed to be open until 10:00 pm
So I went through the drive thru and the menu didn't have too good of a selection. The egg rolls were burnt. The orange chicken was no good either. I wonder if they pre order the food (frozen) ???? The girl that was at the drive thru window didn't seem to be customer oriented. Needless to say I won't go back there again. If you want real authentic Chinese then go to Ming's Garden. They have a huge menu selection. Anything you want they have. Very very nice people and it's family owned. FYI (tourists) Ming's Garden is north of Panda Express about a mile down the road on the opposite side. Across from Corso's Flower and Garden's . Trust me you won't be disappointed !!

Went to get dinner today at 4:45pm and walked in no good in the counter at all. And female cook as texting on their phone. He should of left. We called to complain "manager " answered phone acted like surprised. Husband said everyone behind the counter let the cook text while counter was empty.
If we continue to see this horrible behavior that restaurant will lose customers and money.
Where’s the Meat!…
The name of the game at Panda Express seems to be how many veggies can they load up in a portion of whatever meat. Result being you get less and less meat. Only so much can fit in that measured scoop that is a portion, and 75% of it is veggies. Not cool, and I really don’t know why people go back, except maybe vegetarians. Pretty expensive plate for veggies.

Disatisfied with Panda Express
I have visited Panda Express many times but the last few times i visited they are giving more and more smaller and less portions. But yet the price remain the same. Is this shrinkage? Is this become like other restaurants ie: McDonalds, Burger King. Where people have to stop supporting them in order for them to stop giving less for more. I am becoming very dissatisfied in this reoccurring problem. This has happen in Florida and many many times at the Panda Express store #2909. In visiting this Panda Express I have heard other in line complain about the same thing. PLease change your standards and portion size.

The chinese restaurant near my daughters home was closed so she went to panda express and bought four meals. my husband and i both wanted beef and broccoli with side order of rice. It arrived with the beef and broccoli on top of the rice....very very little beef and broccoli and no sauce. We went there when it first opened and ordered and was disappointed then. Should have told her to not bother. we will never order from there again.

Second time there. Fried rice is bland and was room temperature. Teriaki chicken was cold and fatty. Spicy shrimp was ok but not temperature hot.
No food is hot unless just placed in display case from kitchen. Why don’t they heat the food in the display and give the fried rice some flavor ?
Order messed up & food not the best
When I got home and opened my order, needless to say, it was not correct. It would’ve been a waste of time to get in my car and drive all the way back across town to get the order corrected. This was just a recently opened panda express Asked for Chow Main and got fried rice. The fried rice was salty and lacking in flavor and definitely not fried. I have had fried rice before, and there’s definitely no comparison. The chicken in the mushroom chicken looked weird and didn’t taste like chicken. The only good thing about the order was the orange chicken. That was not spicy like it said it was still good. Could not get any better than two stars. Needless to say, I won’t be eating there again.
Amazing all around
One of the few places in Kokomo IN you can still rely on for good food and good customer service. Never had a bad meal or complaint and I go each week
