I bought 2 bottles of deep cleaning green tea stick. It is not working at all. It is all fake. I wrote to them and they replied that everything was ok. All lies. Be careful don’t buy their product. I threw away 40$

Awful company. Ordered a brush. When it arrived the handle kept slipping down when extended and was clearly faulty. Sent lots of emails and a video showing g the handle collapsing but they would not accept it was faulty. Eventually they said I could return to China but at my own expense. Postage would cost more than the an the brush. Would definitely never buy from them again !!!!!

BUYER BEWARE, THEY ARE A SCAM!! Horrible company, sent really cheap product in leggings and then refused to honor their return policy. After numerous emails and jumping thru hoops, I sent back the leggings and they have never issued a refund and I had to pay to send back via tracking method. I would rate no stars if I could

Stay AWAY!! If I could have given Fanda panda NO stars I would have. I ordered items because they looked decent and were gifts for someone who would have enjoyed the dog themed hoodies and active type clothing . BIG MISTAKE!! Ordered in November, still had not arrived in January. Attempted to cancel and get refund, of course had to jump through hoops. Even dealing with AMAZON and PAY PALS ! So done with AMAZON andPAYPAL. You never know where your items are coming from!! Not worth the aggravation! Be a smart shopper and shop USA and from reputable stores!!

Bought a pair of shoes from them, recieved a pair of fake Ray ban sunglasses. No communication with them. It,s a back street scam from China.

Terrible, the front closure bras are not made to fit a human and the seems don't even line up to anything.
This may be the worst Junk I have purchased.

Stay away from this company. They have ruined my partners first fathers day. The order was made in may and 13th of july still nothing has arrived. Fathers day passed nearly a month ago and I'm still without my order.

Weeks to arrive and past the occasion I needed it for. Then we get onto the customer service team, which clearly need training on how to deal with customers, firstly they take. A week to respond and are just rude.

I will never be using this service again, awful all round and they don’t even deserve 1*.

Don’t order from this company. I ordered something from them for Fathers Day on 6/2 and it never arrived. There is no number to call and their auto reply from customer service email says we are working on holiday order replies.....it’s June that was 6 months ago. WTH??

Dispute the charge with your credit card company and NEVER use this company.

If I could I would give them a -1 for a review...... I ordered on June 3rd for my father for Father's Day. Here it is the 19th and I still have not received my order...I have e-mailed them multiple times got a few responses....I have inboxed them through Facebook....I emailed them a week after I placed my order....every other day I email them....now they sent me my tracking number...( After almost 4 weeks later) but nothing More.....Wish I would of read the reviews before I messed with this Joke of a Company......word of Advice RUN....DONT...BUY S**T FROM THIS COMPAY

They are fraud, They provided super low quality, with very expensive amount, totally different than what is appearing in the website. No customer service . Everything should be sent to china in case of return or change. Never ever try this shop!

I tried to order a tee shirt for my husband, when it said place order, I hit okay, just as a different window popped up! What! Now they show that I bought the pop-up tee and the order is in process with no way to cancel or change. I call it theft. Do NOT ORDER from this place.

I was a little worried when I couldn't track my package since I have been had before.... I emailed them and they responded fairly quickly, and they followed through and I recieved my wife's gift...it was a little later than i would have liked or i would have given 5 stars. I ordered the heart pendant with engraving and it was all correct...little smaller lettering than I was hoping...but she loves it. Chain seems to be of decent quality.

I order shoes of them back in June, they have never arrived. The company sent me tracking information to say they were delivered but couldn't tell me who they were deliver to.
They are now ignoring my e-mails so I suppose it bye bye money.
Worst company to deal with and very arrogant when they did reply to e-mails.

Biggest scam. How can they still be in business? Ordered adult clothes and received child size. They admitted in email they made error, but refused to take return unless I shipped them back to CHINA with tracking at a cost of $75. The email said, “we know it will cost you more than the clothing is worth to ship to us so you might as well keep it and forget it”. No refund, no exchange.
Paypal was no help because I had the option to ship back to China! Had to dispute with my cc company who backed me and reversed the charges.

very very very bad dealer. Goods of inferior quality, delivered much too late (wrong tracking information) and huge discussions when withdrawing. It takes almost a month now and I have neither seen money nor received a return address. Do not touch this shop.
Now I switched on Paypal buyer protection.
Never again

Everything everyone else has said is very accurate. cpanda.shop will send you a shipping number which you'll be able to track you product bouncing around all of the country. FedEx did confirm the tracking number as real utilizing "snail mail". It appears as if the company prolongs shipping giving the consumer the run around until any expectation of a refund claim expires. Company tried to tell me to go to the post office and talk to my neighbors. I have security cameras and no packages were delivered in my cul-de-sac the week it was to have been delivered. Furthermore, FedEx told me is I didn't receive my product within the week, to start the refund process.

I filed a claim with PayPal and the company informed me via email that they can not address my issues until I close the claim, to which PayPal told me was a flat out lie and NOT to close the claim, and to further escalate the claim.

The company does appear to know PayPal fraudulent claim process and will try to string you along for as long as it takes until your PayPal purchase protection expires. Panda also offered me. 10% refund for the inconvenience which also never posted. Once again they pleaded with me to close the PayPal fraud claim before they can process "the refund". Don't fall for their lies. As a reminder, opened PayPal claims have 20 days to be escolated for a full refund. Otherwise the claim will expire and automatically close. Do NOT close any refund claims and escolate as soon as possible.

I have not received my order still waiting for it hopefully it was not a scam? Paid with my credit card.
