Order never turned up.
It’s a shame I have some items I ordered from them last year and the delivery was pretty quick. The quality was also great. Unfortunately i've not received anything even though it was 'dispatched' over 2 weeks ago. I asked for a full refund but I got a £10 refund as a 'goodwill gesture' and told it would be delivered soon. That was over a week ago. Nothing yet, except for some odd further dispatch notifications that i think are manually pushed to give a sense of movement. I fear they are taking payments for items that may not be in stock or even made yet? If i'd had an update i'd be happy but i'm worried i'll be out of pocket for sometime after reading other reviews with the same issue (FYI... followed quickly by overly positive reviews focusing on supposed great customer service and delivery....ummmm convenient). If you want customer loyalty, honesty when it comes too delivery times is a good place to start.

For years i have used this company thinking it was great, they preach "sustainability" and come across respectable. All that has been thrown out the window in my latest interaction. I purchased the waxed wayfair jacket at full price to use on special occassions due to the quite hefty price for a jacket. The stitching is completely faulty under the arm of one side after wearing it a few times, its popped open completely which is a sign of poor manufacturing. The sizing of the coat is XXL and i am hardly a large man, yet upon informing P and Co of their faulty product they just told me in basic terms "go take it to a tailors"
How is this sustainable? If your product fails after low volume of usage and it is clearly on the stitching line which shows poor quality manufacturing, why are you not at least offering avenues of fixing the problems yourself?
I am absolutely appauled at how they basically palmed me off after being a loyal customer for a good few years now and spending a lot of money there. I would never recommend this company to anyone as clearly they are not sustainable or good quality in the slightest if their clothing cant last more than a few wears when you spend 100+ pounds on the item.
Placed 2 orders with them, one order I've no complaints, the second order, I need to return it but my return sheet if for dpd and the closest drop off point is 2 hour round trip, been trying to get in contact with support for 2 weeks and getting no replies. Joke, will be out of £100 soon and is off putting for placing a new order which I was thinking of doing. Order number #567508

Bought a cardigan for a holiday through their website and after only TWO wears, one button came off completely and another one is nearly out too. Such a shame as the cardigan is nice but you can tell that the buttons are poorly sewed. I messaged customer services, with the pics attached, and they offered me a 15% discount to repair the damage. For that price tag and for a company that looks pretty serious on the outside, I was expecting at least someone saying that they will pass on the feedback to make sure this is not happening again or looked out. Very disappointing and I don't think I'll be buying anything from there any time soon.

Ordered items - arrived in good speed but unfortunately did not fit which was a shame
Returned and well getting money back is like blood out of a stone. Poor customer service no phone number - chat doesn’t seem to work and well I’ve emailed as well and still nothing £300 still waiting to be returned- not happy at all

I’ve been shopping at P&Co since 2014, this is probably the only brand I can say that for, as my style has evolved so has there fashion brand, everything gets better and better, the quality is amazing and anything I order from them I get so many compliments on. Forever a customer!
In response to p&co’s response:
Yes this has all been sorted now and I received a full refund including not having to pay for my return and was gifted a £15 gift card for my troubles.
You say you never received my initial contact on 23/12/25 yet I received an automated response on the same day at 18:09 that you had?
And no you never once offered me a free return for the first issue, I had to pay for it. I only got refunded my return shipping costs when this was all finally rectified on 10/3/26, conveniently after I wrote reviews and I’d also reached out to the CEO.
The service was horrendous and you can’t just take full accountability and instead are making up stuff? Wild.
Original review:
I am owed a refund from a purchase made FOUR MONTHS AGO. Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever received, a company that has no idea what they are doing.
I made the original purchase in on 1st December, order 532597.
I ordered two pairs of trousers, the same style but two sizes. One was too big but the size that fit me was a completely different colour and quality. I contacted P&Co on 23rd December about this, sharing pictures of the difference in quality. I understand it was the festive period so expected a delay, but given the return policy timeline and due to the fact that I purchased the trousers using Klarna, meaning they were also due to be paid, I needed a response quickly.
After hearing nothing for over two weeks, I chased again on 7th January. And despite receiving the automated “will get back to you in 48hours” email, still got no response. I therefore left a one star review on trustpilot in the hopes this would get your attention - it seems many other reviews spoke about the fact that there seemed to be “no customer service”. (By the way, you didn't respond to that review until 17th February.)
I finally received a reply on 13th January explaining I could return one pair of trousers and exchange the other pair.
On 15th January I ordered the exchange, order number 551635, and processed the form to return one pair of trousers.
On 20th January, this was accepted via emails from reveni, with p&co sending out the exchange trousers and processing a refund with klarna for the pair I would return. As per p&co’s process of sending the exchange and refund before receiving the return, I decided I would not return the original trousers until I had received the exchange so I could compare.
Low and behold, a week later I received another poor quality pair of trousers that were a totally different colour. I therefore decided to return all three pairs of trousers; the two from the original order and the exchanged pair, meaning I was due a full refund minus the postage costs.
I filled out the forms with reveni to arrange the returns on 30th January, and returned the items on 2nd February. I sent one parcel with the original two pairs of trousers from order 532597, and one parcel with one pair of trousers from the exchange order 551635. On the same day, I received confirmation of returning these via email from reveni.
On 4th February I received emails from reveni for both orders confirming they had been delivered back to p&co.
Again I heard nothing, and on 14th February I contacted p&co forwarding the reveni e-mail about order 532597 having been delivered back to them, asking for my refunds to be processed as klarna were chasing the payment. On 15th p&co responded saying you had processed the refund for one pair of trousers and the exchange was due to be dispatched? One the same day I then received an email from reveni that the return for order 532597 had been accepted.
Note, I have never received an email confirming order 551635 be in accepted and the tracking link simply shows it as delivered and a refund pending.
I immediately responded explaining I had already received the exchange and had sent that back too, meaning I was due a full refund.
On 17th February I received an email stating that p&co had now processed the refund and that I should receive it within 5 days.
Not only have I never received it, but where I had paused the payment with klarna, stating that I had returned the items, P&co rejected this with klarna so they again began chasing me for payment. I have had to contact klarna again and explain the situation.
On 26th February I contacted p&co again explaining all these issues and have received no response, despite the automated emails saying response time is 48hours.
I contacted p&co asking for responses in 7th, 8th, and 9th March, still with no reply. I commented on an Instagram post and was asked to DM, which I did, and again, have had no reply.
Absolutely shocking service.

If you’re looking for a brand that sets itself apart from the mass produced low quality cheap clothes you see everyday this is the one! Workwear that doesn’t make you look like everyone else wearing carhartt. I have had nothing but amazing customer service experiences with them too with last minute changes made to my orders and quick responses about any queries! I will always highly recommend them to anyone!
customer service is unmatched! so helpful, very fast response, and an easy solution. based on this alone i'd order from them again but on top of this their clothes are unreal. 10/10 can't say good enough things! thank you p&co team! Top Notch 👏

The item shipped quickly and the quality was high. Unfortunately, there was some damage. P&Co responded quickly with a range of options. I'm very satisfied with how they handled it.
Easy to order with a smooth service from the customer support team after I had put the wrong delivery address in. They had it sorted swiftly with no issues. The clothes are also great
Placed an order on the 29th January. I’d like to preface this by saying I have no recollection of this being a pre order nor does my confirmation email state as such.
There was no movement on the order by 2nd February so I asked for an update to which I was told that what I’d ordered was out of stock, and would I like to exchange or refund. I asked for an exchange to a different size and was told “sorry for any confusion, your item is actually a pre order and will be shipped between 12-16th February.”
I also received an email on 3rd February saying that the shipment cartons containing the item I’d ordered had arrived damaged and that each unit was being quality checked in house before being sent out - “hopefully by the end of the week… Any more delays will be updated.”
I got back into contact with customer support over the weekend and as of today the 23/02/2026 I’ve had no response, nor has my item been shipped to me.
I’ve been told three completely different stories on the particular item in my order now.
If this is rectified and I have received my order by Friday 27/02/2026 at the latest, I will change my review to 3*. If not, I will have no choice but to contact my bank to file a charge back for items not received.
I've just received the two pairs of trousers I ordered (
Service Fatigue Pants - Black Checkerboard and
Albion Carpenter Pant - Washed Denim). They both fit great (I ordered one size up from what was recommended). I'm a bit surprised by how light the fabric is for the Carpenter pants (I'll wear them this summer, then). The quality looks great at first glance. I hope I will not be disappointed by the fabric and that it will not break after a few months' wear, especially where my thighs rub.
The delivery was fast, but I would have appreciated a few more options than home delivery, which is not always practical, as I can't be available all day long.
Really bad experience:
- ordered a pair of pants on the website for a delivery in France
- the button of the pants broke instantly, although it was the right size
- I'm sending it back but need to pay 20€ for non-EU delivery so my refund is 86€ not 106€
- the only FedEx option for ship it back is super far from my place, actually only 3-4 options in Paris (!!), not a typical shipping point a few meters away
Do NOT buy from this company.
I cannot stress this enough. This company is a scam. My full experience is a long story, but here's the short version: I ended up paying nearly €200 out of my own pocket just to return their package. €200 for a return. On top of that, their support team is completely unresponsive, tickets go nowhere. Stay far away.
First time ordering with P&Co.
I ordered two t-shirts for my brother in law.
They’re really nice thick cotton, very good quality at a very reasonable price.
Customer service I received after needing to exchange (I ordered the wrong size!) was exceptional- Gina was amazing! Really efficient, professional and friendly.
Will definitely order from here again!

It is now the 12th of February and I still have had no response.Update. Still no response. I have now sent a copy of email and proof of payment so here’s hoping.
I am trying to return an order. I paid my £3.50 and got an email saying my exchange was cancelled as I hadn’t paid. I have asked 3 times for this to be resolved b y email and chat and had no response. I have not received a return label or a QR code despite asking numerous times. I cannot track my exchange item as it says order not found so at the moment I am left with trousers that are to small. The customer service is terrible and the return process is increasingly frustrating. Very unhappy with this as they were recommended to me .
I have ordered many of P&Co products and I just cannot get enough of them! The fabric and fit is perfect, I absolutely love the waist adjusting button on the trousers, I have always struggled to find perfectly fitting trousers due to wider hips but smaller waist, these fix this problem perfectly! Colours are vibrant and the cotton makes the garments lovely and warm. Thank you P&Co!
