Great and quick service from Eire to the UK!

Size was perfect and delivery only took 2 days which was brilliant. But unfortunately the zip was faulty and I had to get it replaced. It was my first time ordering online from Pamela Scott ...the dress was reduced so I'm thinking was it reduced because of the faulty zip....I don't know.

Lovely comfortable pants but had to return them as they were far too long

I found it realy easy to navigate the Web site with lots of choice and good value. Unfortunately I had to return the trousers as they were too big. I would definitely order again.

I have bought most of my clothes in Pamela Scott's in the Whitewater for many years. The girls are always friendly, helpful and professional and today was no different.

I took a quick trip to Ireland last week (from Toronto, Canada). I was with my daughter on a business trip & wanted to find a dress for her upcoming wedding. I Googled shops near me in Cork, and settled on Pamela Scott's. I had about an hour & walked in to find Charlene at the front counter. After about a dozen reasons why each dress we chose wasn't quite "it", Charlene brought out another few options. I put one on and this was "it"! I'm happy with the whole experience. Thanks Charlene!!

Customer service were brilliant today dealing with a problem I had with an online order which was faulty, they offered to have the item collected but I opted to return it to my local shop in Nenagh , staff there are fabulous & couldn’t be more helpful & problem sorted with my grateful appreciation.

Very easy site to use and very quick to deliver. Top I ordered is just as it says...Great fit and feels fabulous on...only down side is this top baubles after few wears. However, I liked it so much after first purchase I bought a second for back up 🙈🤣

I had very little confidence in myself shopping for a family wedding I was actually giving up hope as I had trouble finding the right dress in other store , I entered Pamela Scott’s in Waterford last week & I was immediately uplifted with a great reception such a warm feeling from the staff their , a staff member called Fiona was on her A game ,she picked out two fabulous dresses immediately knew they would suit my body shape to perfection she really built my confidence up , I bought both dresses one for day of my brothers wedding a colour I would of never of pick (delighted to say the least) & other one for the day 2 👍Thank you so so much Fiona a pleasure indeed I’ll be back for sure ❤️

As someone going through cancer and a mastectomy, finding someone like Ger, who not only empathized with my journey but also helped me find the perfect bras that made me feel comfortable and confident, was truly life-changing. She’s not just a manager; she’s an angel who has made a significant difference in my life. I am forever grateful for her.
