We bought a Cosmo+ tub from Palm Spa and the experience from our initial chat with Jamie to the delivery and installation by Aaron and Grant has been second to none. Jamie listened to what kind of tub we wanted, he FaceTimed us so that we could look at the tubs in the showroom and advised accordingly. Our hot tub was delivered this morning at 8:30 by Aaron and Grant who were extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the use and up keep of our tub. They installed the hot tub and gave us a thorough run through on how to use it. Thanks Aaron and Grant and Palm Spas we can’t wait to use our tub.

I have just had my hot tub serviced, I have given Arron from Palm Spas 5 Stars. What a great lad you have there, he knows his job inside and out any questions he can answer if not he will find out the answer for you he goes all out to please. Our hot tub was supplied by Palm Spas.
On Thursday they fixed our lead that had become faulty.
Today Aaron came and serviced our tub and now its back to normal.
Great service, very friendly staff

Customer service needs to improve. Sadly you can tell they are rushed and it shows in quality of work. Complained about long days on the road.

Superb Spa far better than expected. We had great demonstration by Gareth and team. Cannot rate the company highly enough as nothing was too much trouble

Very informative and called back with questions and WhatsApp messages to answer all questions, although we have only had the spa one weekend thus far it does seem really good quality and I was amazed how it held its temperature preventing the pump running ning all night long (Spritz +). Real credit needs to go to the delivery team two cracking lads that couldn't do enough, explained everything in detail and made sure any questions where answered. If all stays like this I will remain one happy customer.

Great communication throughout transaction and delivery.
Spa ordered was delayed by supply chain issues but we were able to phone and speak to someone easily.
Delivery was excellent. Slightly difficult access but the two lads didn’t huff and puff ( as we have experienced with a previous firm)
Sited the spa perfectly for us and gave concise instructions.
The cover lifter we realised wasn’t needed so we sent it back and received a refund with no hassle.
Excellent company.

We bought our spa back in April '21 and were delighted with the service. We had an issue recently which turned out to be a blown fuse. Once again Palm Spas provided a fantastic service in problem solving and eventually offering a service call made by Aaron and his crewmate. They fixed the issue and even did a little extra work tidying up the power cable. Would recommend to anyone.

What can I say. Palm spas have been amazing from start to finish. Very straight forward to order, polite and helpful selling team and the installation/delivery men (Jamie & Joe) went above and beyond when here. They were very polite and knowledgeable and took time to explain every aspect of the tub to me. It was a pleasure having them in our home.

From start to finish been spot on especially the delivery people grant and Jamie could not do enough for us very well mannered and polite explained every little detail and I appreciate getting the hot tub in the garden would recommened came on time thanks again especially grant and Jamie there service was brilliant lee
