Palmpay's Poor Customer Service - Refusal to Unblock my Account.
On the 28th of October, I called Palmpay to block my account because my phone was stolen; this was to prevent the thieves from accessing my account as my sim was on the phone. Palmpay found it easy to block my account. I called some days later for my account to be unblocked and was told to send them an authorization letter and ID cards to their email which I did. They replied my email on the 8th of November that my request had been noted and escalated to the team in charge for resolution, and that I would get a response within 24 working hours. This is the 15th of November and Palmpay is yet to unblock the account. I have called and called and all I've been told is to exercise patience. I need to access my money urgently as I am stranded.
If there was a name for a frustrating enterprise, it would be Palmpay.

I would rather not give any star if I am permitted to do so but of course not.
Palmpay is a scam, means to defraud people. I transferred money into a palmpay account from my bank account on the 9th of June 2023. 30 digits bank transfer numbers provided to the so claimed Palmpay customer care via email till now the money is not in the Palmpay account.
They are unreachable on phone, or email, no easily accessible offices for their customers to log complaint or seek help such as problems with money transfer.
I will never recommend a palmpay account nor transfer money into it again.
Never use it.
