: Extremely disappointed — promises broken & no support
I ordered from Pallets&Co expecting next day delivery, as advertised. However, four days later I still haven’t received shipping updates despite repeatedly contacting them for information. There’s been no transparency, no useful response, and it’s obvious they either can’t or won’t live up to what they promise.
Here are the core problems I encountered:
• False delivery guarantee: Their site claims that if you order by 15:00, you’ll get your item the next working day. This didn’t happen.
• Lack of communication: Despite multiple attempts—emails and inquiries—I have had no meaningful update on where my order is, or when I’ll receive it.
• Customer care appears indifferent: It doesn’t feel like they’re trying to resolve things, just ignoring or delaying.
Given all this, I cannot recommend ordering from Pallets&Co. I will never order from them again
