I ordered the 30 for 36 on line and the order was due to be delivered on a certain date through Amazon Delivery. When it was not delivered on that date I waited a couple of days and then called Paleovalley and talked to a customer service representative by the name of Keith. He was very understanding and said he would look into it. He stayed in contact with me and I received my order a couple of days later. Keith again, checking on my order, contacted me again to confirm this. This kind of customer service is what keeps me going back to businesses. Customer care is huge to me and Keith nailed it! Everything I’ve bought from them is wonderful. Amazing outstanding ingredients. Taste extremely good. Just got the meat sticks and I can’t stop eating them. Golden, milk is amazing. Delivery was fast and had no problem with subscriptions. We’ll buy again.

They sale a great product, as advertised, and consistently meeting expectations. We purchase meat sticks and bone broth, keeping out subscriptions active. When I had to reach out about a discount not appearing in my total the team responded in under a day and corrected the issue.

Fantastic Customer Service & Products
I had a great experience with Paleovalley’s customer service. My order ended up being delivered to the wrong address, and the delivery company told me they couldn’t do anything about it.
When I reached out to Paleovalley, they responded quickly and were so kind and helpful. They handled the issue right away and made the whole process really easy and stress-free.

Great product, great customer service
Great product! Best ever Beef Sticks. No chemicals, very clean and so tasty. Also love the bone broth they make in several flavors.
They run promotions often and are excellent with customer service.

My paleo valley
I am just beginning my paleo valley journey. Two different flavors I’ve eaten taste great I had a concern about a subscription and they helped me fix it right away. The people are nice and I value the fact that I can use these sticks to shore up my protein to curb my hunger in between meals.
