The order arrived late by 2 weeks
The order arrived late by 2 weeks. It was placed on February 23 and was not received until March 10. I was told that the arrangement would be upgraded from a Petite to a Classic to make up for the inconvenience. Unfortunately, what I received still does not match what I originally ordered, nor does it reflect the Classic upgrade that was promised. I originally purchased the 24K Gold & Red Roses - Petite, which, according to the product description, should include 12 premium Ecuadorian Timeless Luxury roses with 1 red rose in the center surrounded by gold roses. However, what I received was an arrangement of 10 roses consisting of 2 gold roses surrounded by 8 red roses. In addition, I specifically requested a white box, but the order arrived in a black box instead. I was also told that the arrangement had been upgraded to a Classic, but that does not appear to be accurate.
