Ordered the jacket on December 14th. Website indicated arrival in time for Christmas. Received.no shipping updates so I contacted Customer Service (this company should be ashamed to use that term) via emai (there is no phone contact) on the 21st, 22nd and 23rd. There was no reply. On Christmas day, after I received a DHL shipment email, this company finally responded to my earlier emails. Excuse about busy holiday season! I guess they expected no business over Christmas. That is exactly what they will get from me, my family and anyone else I can tell about this company! At least respond! PATHETIC service. PATHETIC they could not deliver a jacket within 10 days!
