I have had a couple of orders from Paladone and these have arrived well a
packaged and in quick time. I love the variety of the Paladone stock however have missed lots of nice items. Dealing with customer services is easy to deal with and always friendly in my experience.

The James Bond metal travel mug is so classy.

I don't give 5 stars just because sometimes there are problems with the shipping, missing products or products sent to the wrong address, but overall the products are pretty cool, our clients love them.

i ordered several items from paladone, i found their site easy to navigate and they have a great selection of products. i had trouble at the checkout with it glitching and it ended up placing two orders but i got in touch with paladone and they were very helpful they sorted the issue out with my purchases immediately and processed the correct order, i then recieved my order within a few days, all well packaged. Im extremly impressed with paldone and their fantastic customer service, i defiantely would highly recommend them as a supplier

Excellent service on my first order. Everything arrived as planned. UPS split delivery over two days but all arrived as ordered.
All communication with them has been quick and answers have been precise.
Will be using again.

Annoyingly amazing designs combined with poor manufacturing. Always get attracted to their items to then have to put the product down when I realise it is paladone. All their items have some sort of flaw, from poor application of design aspects, such as stickers, painted parts, dangerously sharp seams on plastic items. Water bottles that cannot go in the dishwasher as they are not made of thermosetting plastics, glasses with prints that scratch or peel off if they get wet, mugs that tarnish under heat, plus more. The designers at Paladone should be applauded but they should work for a company that transfers their standards for quality in design in to quality of manufacturing. And this is all before I even go into their business practices where I have heard many bad reviews from companies they deal with. Heard from one independent shop owner that they are protective of their products to the point they feel their products are luxury items. True or not, I don't know but I have had a few discussions with others about their items after finding flaw after flaw and many share these views. As it stands, definitely avoid no matter how tempting their products look like. Or if you only want them for display purposes as they are most certainly not fir for the purpose of the item's task.

Great company, great products at good prices and prompt delivery. Had no issues at all with them.Staff are helpful also.

Would be more useful to send out a tracking number and dispatch email automatically as I did not get any communication the order had even been dispatched, so that part needs improving. I had to ask for this information which should not be the case.

Products arrived in great condition without excessive packaging which is great to see.

Delivery arrived within a few days despite time of year which gives a good impression as a not so frequent buyer.

Overall I am quite satisfied with the order process from beginning to end but just a few points as highlighted earlier need working on.

Poor customer service, and delivery exceeds 6 working days. I am on my 7 working day and I can't speak to any one and when you email them you get automated response with no follow up.

The site is accessible, and there are some great licensed products to choose from.

Unfortunately, contacting a rep to pay for my order was exceedingly difficult and time consuming, and once I was able to finally get in touch with someone (which required forwarding my email to several other contacts in the company) I had to email my order back to them because they lost it somehow.

As a result, the order is shipping over two weeks after I placed it. Products are good, but attention to detail is lacking.

I am unsure if I will place another order with Paladone in the future.

Great company to deal with, swift delivery and great products

I just received my first order, and I’m very happy with my experience with Paladone. There are lots of great products to choose from, to bring to my website. The customer service is fab, fast delivery, great quality products, and easy to use website and order system. I’m optimistic for a good working relationship.

Poor customer service

First order put in then lockdown announced. I rang the company and asked that order be sent to my home. The order arrived at my home. Impressed. Had quick look at products and seemed value for money

This was my first order with Paladone. Excellent products. Even better than expected.

Five stars. I had an item I had my eye on and Paladone let me know when it was in stock. Ordering is so easy and the items arrived so quickly I didn't even realise what it was! Perfect minimum order amount (especially as all I wanted was with one thing!) and lots of goods to choose from. It's an easy recommend.
