My bottle had a small crack in it and…
My bottle had a small crack in it and when I put it in some water as per instructions it all bubbled out when the water went in. I tried to save it but it was was goo and gunk everywhere. So I didn’t get to use any of my product. So sad!

I will return the product to you…
I will return the product to you because I can't open the lid. It is as if glued. I tried many ways to open it and I failed. I still didn't try it and would prefer to return it back to you to test the struggle of opening the lid. I dont want my refund. I'm disappointed and will not recommend to my fellow athletes.
