Do not buy from this company. It is a complete scam. They never sent my item and refuse to refund me indicating that they have already begun sewing my item and it’s almost complete and they would send out by end of week. Two weeks have now lapsed and still no email or update on tracking. They have zero intention of sending to me and only remedy is giving me 50% of my original payment. Total scam!

I don't even need to write this review because there are already plenty of bad reviews here, but I figured why not. I had the same horrible experience as everyone else here. This company should be shut down and the people should be thrown in jail for ripping so many people off. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.

Terrible company. Express shipping isn’t fast. Delivery dates are inconsistent, I’m missing a Halloween party because I relied on them.

Paid for express delivery (£10) for it to be delivered in 7 working days. Ordered 3 weeks ago and still nothing!!

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE! I wish i would of read reviews before purchasing- I paid 27$ for expedited shipping and it still has been 3 weeks!!! not going to get my costume in time. SO UPSET

If I could rate less, I would. I ordered Halloween costumes on September 30. It’s October 25 and I’m still waiting. They arrived at “airport of destination”. One response to my email….they suggested I check with my local post office. I live in Chicago. I asked which one….no response. Don’t order from this company. Lesson learned, but American

So I ordered costumes for my kids, They stated 1-3 business days to ship and i paid extra for express shipping to hopefully get in time. I emailed the company several times and was told it has been told to ship item soon as possible should be sent within two more days, and was even told “ Can you wait?. When i was over 10 business days still item was NOT shipped yet! I told them just to cancel, they replied several times with “are you sure?”. Once i told them yes, please just cancel as your website is deceiving with when the items will be shipped. They then tried telling me I will only get 50% money back— even though my item NEVER came! I am now disputing with the bank as now they refuse to answer any of my emails! Please dont ever use this company!

I bought a costume back on September 12th and just received it yesterday October 13th, I will say the shipping took over a month which was ridiculous but they were very communicative with me and once my Venom costume arrived I was very pleased with the entire costume! Love it! But since the shipping is out of the country they should have on there site “may be 4 weeks until arrival” I was worried it wasn’t going to show up in time, but other than the shipping taking forever I can now enjoy my costume just in time for Halloween.

DONT USE THIS COMPANY.
The service I received from pajama buy was absolutely disgusting. I'm furious they feel its acceptable to treat people this way.
I ordered 2 items from them and it states 7-10day. The items didn't turn up till 4 weeks later. I messaged daily and they either didn't reply or didn't really answer my questions.
Once it arrived I was actually missing an item and that they had changed the invoice to state different items.
They haven't answered any of my emails after that.
That goodness I did it through PayPal and they are filing against them. They don't even have the decentsy to reply to PayPal so far.
I wouldn't even give them one star

I wish I read the reviews of this company before placing an order.

Its been a full month and still no product, sales team keep telling me to send the "product" back for a refund... what product?? I paid £13 for fast 6-8 day shipping for a bday present. Totally wasted my time and money.

No refund has been given. No emails anymore. Luckily I used my credit card so have reported it as fraudulent.

Do not buy anything from this company. They sent the wrong product and would not refund the money or send the correct product.

If I could I would rate it 0 stars, I ordered a Harley Quinn costume I checked their sizing guide carefully and I ordered it a size bigger than what I needed.

I got an email saying it would be with me in 10 working days it wasn’t I tried to email them using the contact information provided on their site and got 0 response, so I went onto PayPal and messaged the via them. 2 days later I got an email telling me it had been dispatched, I asked for tracking information and the link they originally sent didn’t work so I emailed them again and finally got a working link.

THE COMPANY AND PRODUCTS ARE BASED IN CHINA

On arrival I loved the costume even tho there was meant to be a mask and something else with it, just the outfit was sent.

There was no invoice included no returns label or anything.

On inspection I noticed a small hole in between the legs I thought I can stitch this so it’s not a huge issue at the moment. Trying on the costume I could get it on my legs into the all in one outfit but trying to get my arms in was impossible, the zip was to short for anyone to get into the outfit.

So I messaged them letting them know the issues I had with the costume and they replied asking if I had checked the sizing guide, as previously mentioned I had and went a size bigger. I had no response after this email so I had to put a dispute in with PayPal.

They replied offering me a £4 refund I was offended it was going to cost me more than that for the adjustments to be made on it, so he made another offer of £6 refund I said no it’s going to cost at least £12 to have the adjustments made. They replied that they can’t refund more than that as they’re a small business and are making no money on the costume by offering me the £6 refund if I wasn’t happy with this then I can return it at my own expense. It was going to cost more than it was worth to send it back so I accepted the refund for them not to send it.

I ended up paying for the adjustments to be made at a cost of £18 to discover it’s shorter than described in the sizing guide so I’m still unable to use it.

I escalated the issue with PayPal and luckily for me it ended in my favour so I will be getting a full refund.

I wished I had researched them more before buying.

Be aware that the company is based in China so if you want to return your purchase the shipping cost will be at your charge. We bought an onesie which was too big and baggy despite checking the website’s size guide. We therefore wanted to return it but it didn’t worth it due to the shipping cost. We will have to find a way to sell it. Also the quality of the fabric is really poor.

Do NOT buy from this company. It is a complete scam!!! I ordered matching family pajamas for 2021. First, they were suppose to say Warm and Cozy on the shirts, the shirts were blank. Two of the Pjs were the wrong size. The pants did not match. There was suppose to be elastic on the bottom of the pants. Nope that did happen either. The material is cheap. I contacted them immediately. They ask me to take pictures and send to them, which I did. They emailed me back and offered me 20% off my next purchase. Btw there was no shipping receipt or any receipt what so ever. I refused their offer. I was demanding a full refund. Their response was they do not pay for shipping and it would cost me a lot of money to send them back to China. Next they offered me $15 for my troubles. Again I refused. Next and final offer is they would give me $30. We went back and forth on email and they reminded me each time how much money it was going to cost to return them. Finally I filed a dispute with my bank. When I told them this they said they would only give me a full refund if I returned them to China and gave me an address. Well of course I am not going to pay to have their cheap ridiculous pajamas returned. This is a full blown scam company. Stay very clear from them. I gave them one star only because I had to to write the review. SCAMMERS!!!!!

Do not order fro them I placed an order early Dec and still not received it end of January, I've emailed them and just been ignored, rip off company stay well clear of them

———0 this company is horrible to work with will never buy anything from them again!!! Do not get caught like I did sent wrong designs and sizes 3 pair came middle of January. I bought 12 pairs and now stuck with them and will not refund me!!!! Scam Scam company

Horrible product and customer service. My order was missing 2 items and they will not refund me, even though I have copies of their emails stating they would. The pajamas that I received were too small for my children ( who are slightly small for their ages). The material is cheap. It started to become transparent, almost ripping, after 1 wash.

Horrible horrible horrible!! Ordered in Nov 2020 for Christmas... Didn't receive until after Christmas, then only received 4 of 6 of the pj sets... Attempted to cancel multiple times but they said 'your product has shipped, we cannot cancel'... Upon receipt, the pj's were not even close to being true size (are tiny), I again contacted service@ they did not reply. Contacted them again to get a return, they have not replied. Now, I'm stuck with Christmas pajamas that came after Christmas, ordered xl, the size is closer to medium, ordered 2xl, the size is closer to Large (maybe) with no stretch to them at all.

Don't buy from this sham of a company!!!!

RUN FOR THE HILLS! You know the saying if something seems to be too good to be true! Well, that's the case with this company. I cannot underscore the other negative reviews enough. Bought Family Christmas Pajamas. Was later told they wouldn't arrive by Christmas and asked if I wanted a refund. I DID! Didn't get the pjs until January 5th. No refund.. No return slip. No address listed to return. Check the company's website. You'll find NO phone number or return address. Don't get stuck!

AWFUL! I ordered 4 sets of pajamas that matched. We got the completely wrong order. Two sets matched but were the wrong size. The other two sets were just completely different from the first 2 and from each other! The sizes are all off, too. They run about 3 sizes too small. I emailed them to ask about an exchange and never heard back - it's been 2 weeks.
