Such a scam, horrible horrible people too. The colours of the costume I received did not match what they showed on their website. Their return policy states that if the reason for wanting to return is THEIR fault they accept the return and refund 80% of the return shipping fee also. Emailed them showing them images and would not even accept a refund at all, said they would only return 5% of the costume’s cost and that I can keep it. Said that returning would “waste too much of your time and money” and kept pulling excuses. Also the size was too small and didn’t match their size chart which is another reason on their return policy that is allowed and they fully refund for but once again said they cannot give me a refund? I just ended up accepting their offer of 80% of the costume to be refunded and asked for shipping details and they have not gotten back to me at all, completely ignoring my email. The worst online shopping experience I’ve ever had, they’re so so dodgy and the fact they can’t even follow their own return policy is insane.

I ordered a costume for Halloween on September 30th it arrived on November 2nd. Went to leave a review on the website just to be told sorry you don’t have permission to write a review. Would never go buy from them again.

Shittiest company ever! ordered three week before Halloween even paid £7 for delivery guaranteed before Halloween so 20+ for a poor quality outfit too and come the day after. Email them a burning but helpful, ask for a refund of the postage as it didn’t come in time ignore the question entirely until they said oh we can’t we paid the courier.

Don’t order from them my nan could have got it here quicker and she isn’t alive anymore

Complete scam!!! Please do not buy from this company. Everything about this website is suspicious including their Instagram account which has no posts or followers. I feel so gullible to have bought from here thinking it would be fine but I was desperate for a costume. First off they only have one sizing option which is inaccurate. The actual costume is complete sh*t quality and looks NOTHING like the photos. I ordered an animal costume that was supposed to be fuzzy and fluffy as advertised but the material and print literally looks like a piece of garbage. I tried to contact the company and they won’t answer me. Please do not attempt to buy from here. I can’t believe they have the audacity to charge this much for a costume when it’s not even worth spending a penny.

Said order would be here by Halloween. Definitely not going to be here by then. Spent an extra $20 for fast shipping to get it here.

This company is out to rip you off! They advertise Halloween costumes guaranteed to arrive in time so you pay maximum shipping costs and nothing arrives! They are scammers!

Ordered a costume on October 15th and chose the fastest shipping order which was a before Halloween guarantee, it said it was in processing from the 15th to the 27th and when we decided to ask how it was coming along they said it was lost in the mail and they don’t have any more of that costume. So they never updated us to let us know it was lost to buy something else so now we don’t have a Halloween costume.

Paid for express shipping, parcel never came.
They will not refund me.

I get all the reviews saying how it’s bad, although my experience was not as bad. I ordered two onesies from this website and did the 5-8 day shipping; which for starters came a few days after that. My package did look like the image, and I already knew how the quality and everything was going to be already considering it’s not that special. Overall my experience wasn’t that bad but most likely it will might just be that specific thing you could have gotten.

Will steal your credit card information!

This whole business is a scam. They fake send a package and the tracking number will tell you it's delivered but it's all a scam. They then use your credit card info. I know for sure it was them because I accidentally used my married name (not on any credit cards) for my purchase and when someone attempted to use my credit card info to make a $2k purchase online at the Apple store, they used the same exact (wrong) last name.

Don't buy from this company,paid €15 pounds for express shipping and didn't shipped on time, didn't receive the order yet,but didn't want to wait to receive it to write a review, they've been very rude when I've contacted to asked why they were late,been told many excuses. Don't buy. Don't waste you're money

Item not as pictured, sizing completely off and customer service sucks, they will pretty much deny any claim you have for a reimbursement.

Buyer beware. Not sized accurately the extra large is like a small. Very poor quantity. They refused a refund.

The products are very poor quality and the sizing is all off. We ordered a large item and it was sized more like a small.
The customer service is also terrible. No acknowledgment of issue and no response. They take your money and run.
Please avoid this website at all costs.

Would give this company no stars. Absolutely do not buy from them. My son bought a superman onesie and it was cheap crap stitching came away instantly. Customer service also shocking basically said it was done but my son and now don’t reply to emails. They were contacted with in 24 hours of receiving parcel. If there website had review section would be writing this there. Don’t waste your money cheap badly made crap.

If only no stars rating was an option. This company should/needs to be closed and burned down for their way of doing things. Its never their fault for anything that goes wrong. False advertising, unwilling to accept their fault and offer only 15% refund (not guaranteed) once you send your items back to China on your own expense.

Don’t waist your money and time with this company. They are scammers and if you try take your refund they will send you something like this ridiculous proposal:

I bought a costume XXL bust size supposed to be 113-116 but actually is only 93. So is theirs fault as the company policy says but they still reluctant to refund me.

The reviews in them website are fake, because the true customers can’t write a review. In resume, it’s a scammer.

Scammers and they stole my account information had fraud several days later after ordering from website.

Disgusting. Same issues as everyone else. Wrong sizes advertised and then refused to give an exchange or refund. Wish I had checked the reviews first.
