Hello, we are Paisleyradio.com a award winning digital radio station. We broadcast 24/7 from the centre of Paisley Scotland. We started in 2020 with just paul and chris and over the last few years we have built up a radio station full of amazing Presenters from all over. We encourage our Presenters to be as creative as they want, they all have free reign no producer telling them what to say or play. Our mission has always been from day 1 to promote our town of Paisley and to make radio fun again for both the presenter and audience. So why not give us a try and tune in?

I had no radio experience previously but had a real oasssion for music and they allowed me a few dummy runs of presenting abs although it’s early days they give me regular feedback on each of my shows and have been great to me. I found it quite challenging to adapt to new changes and amendments that had to be made to the show but they were very reassuring that my doubts abd worries about myself would gradually disappear as I get more used to. I think they are helping turn me into a decent sh abd with a few more shows under my belt I hope I can go from novice to expert but as I keep getting told it’s not always as easy to present a show as it first seems so it’s all a learning curve. When making mistakes I always think it’s good for me to recognise why I made them abd that helps to minimise them happening in future shows.

i’ve been a presenter at the station for over a year now, a year ago i started not knowing anything and now i am able confidently plan, present and edit shows myself and also interview guests.
i’ve had the chance to be involved in so many different things which has helped me grow as a person.
it started as a work experience week in high school to define what i really wanted to do in uni and i loved it so much and was so glad when i got asked to stay!
