shipment with FEDEX held up

I've since emailed Paintman Panels. I don’t have an issue with them. I paid 165 sterling, nearly A$320! and there is no delivery. I have asked for a refund on the fedex cost at the same time I did the trustpilot review and have had no response as yet. shipped by FEDEX and its been stuck in France for 7 days. I've contacted FEDEX without any reply nor assistance. I had another shipment from the UK and it took 3 days with FEDEX.

Really good company…friendly and helpful. Everything I have bought from them has been top quality! With no issues. All products have been packaged really well and super quick delivery. Highly recommended them…

land rover series 2 door top, looked and fitted good.
Delivery even though it was in a holiday period arrived very quick.

Door tops

I bought a pair of door tops with double sliding windows, very well made. Slight issue with one window lock but great communication.
