This is one of the best companies to deal with, the sales rep Dan Lorenzo is always there for me to answer questions about products, new items, and some other tattoo related questions I needed help with. They have a huge selection of all the best products on the market, they have sales all the time which is great when you need to order in bulk.
If there is ever anything missing from my order it is taken care of right away (this is usually my fault for leaving stuff in my cart for way too long)
I’d highly recommend working with this company!!

I love that I can get all of my brands from one spot. They don’t jack up the prices and they always ship fast. Just wish they were closer to me, tbh

I’ve ordered from PainfulPleasures a few times, and overall I’m pretty happy with the experience. Their product selection is excellent — they carry hard-to-find jewelry sizes and a wide variety of piercing and tattoo supplies. The site is easy to navigate, and the prices are competitive. Highly Recommend PainfulPleasures for your go to tattoo and piercing supply store!

I received poor quality defective segment rings. I reached out to support on the contact us form. They replied and due to their technical issue, when you replied to them, it bounced back. They kept insisting I send pictures of the defective rings but a simple reply to their response with the word test even bounced back. I tried w different email addresses and they kept insisting it was my problem and to try another email. I submitted 6 contact us forms with no resolution. They said without a picture they can't help me. Not sure what a picture of a segment ring that can't be opened is going to solve. 2 out of 6 rings defective. Waste of time and money. NEVER buy from them. Terrible customer service, poor quality jewelry and waste of money. You should be out of business.
Disastrous customer service, exorbitant shipping costs, I ordered 400 clips for jewelry displays, they all arrived defective and broke one after the other, I asked that the merchandise be sent back to me at their expense because I had paid $119 for shipping (international) for not even $40 worth of merchandise ($8.99 for a bag of 100 clips x4) the response from customer service was to take 300 photos of the 300 defective clips, while I just asked them to send me good quality merchandise because I paid a carpenter to make wooden boards suitable for these clips. I took photos and videos that prove everything I said. I received a refund email for $27 but not shipping costs of $119 for this defective merchandise! It's simply theft! A terrible lack of professionalism on their part! I absolutely do not recommend this site! Shame on them!
I put 4 sets of the 3 mm size Titanium Crystal jewel stud earrings in my cart, for 4 sets of new piercings I just had done in my upper lobes. I’m highly allergic to other metals and titanium is all I can tolerate. The nurse at my dermatologist office highly recommended this place for quality titanium earrings. I received 4 sets of 5 mm size stud earrings in the mail. I tried on one set to discover they’re huge and gotti. I called customer service and asked what happened. Sydney was very helpful and explained this sometimes happens, if they’re out of stock of a product, the cart will default to a similar product. She said I can return them and will receive an email. Multiple email conversations later, I discovered; I could only return them if they weren’t worn ( I tried on one pair so it voided the warranty and Ican only return three now), I still lost $7 in the initial shipping and handling of their mistake, and they don’t carry the 3 mm size of what I initially ordered and now I’d only get a store credit. So I’m stuck with a store credit, paying shipping and handling all over again, for a product they don’t even carry. That’s just poor business not to reimburse the customer for a product that they don’t carry. What am I gonna do with a store credit when they don’t have what I initially ordered? I should’ve been reimbursed, not given a credit for a company error. I wouldn’t have placed my order in the first place had I known they didn’t carry the product I wanted. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone.
I’d like 4 sets of the 3 mm earrings I put in my cart or all of my money back….im more than to return the pair I tried on before I realized YOU shipped me the wrong order, with your free shipping label included.
I used to order my body jewelry from Painful Pleasures many years ago. Recently I got some new piercings and decided to re-up and order jewelry thru them. They sent the wrong items, had me take photos of what they sent. And about 2 weeks later I received the "replacement" items which were still wrong. I ended up ordering what I wanted from Etsy. Never again, Painful Pleasures. More like pain in my a$$.
Very disappointing.
For a decade, my company and I have been buying our supplies from PP, but in the last order, one ink was missing. No biggie, I thought and reached out, but although I provided all the info, receipts, picking list, and so forth, I got "snoozed" and later ignored.
It's not worth wasting more time on PP. I am just amazed at the willingness to lose the business of a whole shop for thousands of dollars for one small ink bottle.
I want to start off with that the people in customer service were very nice nad tried to be as helpful as they could. My item didn't clear US customs and was returned to their warehouse, without letting me know I had to email them to find put what happened. I asked for a refund and i only got a refund for my items and not the horrendously expensive shipping to Australia. Apparently they can't refund me the whole amount including shipping is that it goes to the couriers. Far enough but when my package is returned not to my own fault, and it dosent even leave America, I should get that cost refunded.
So I'm put nearly $40 for an item I didn't even receive and shipping that wasn't even used. I'm very disappointed and upset. Feel like I've been scammed.
Worse company in tattoo supplies history. If you need your equipment to be shipped on the dates they give you after paying for shipping. Don’t count on it. This place don’t care about you or your business they will ship it 2 weeks after your ordered it. Run away don’t purchase anything. When you contact them they make it seem like it’s not a big deal and they ask if you want a refund that could take up to a week.
I found their in between sizes were why i ordered; i ordered 3 pairs of earrings in 3 sizes.
Shipping was decent, especially during holiday season.
One glass gauge was chipped and i notified customer support.
Response was quick, i was offered a replacement to be shipped to me or store credit plus a discount.
I opted for store discount as the chip didn't effect wearability.
Credit was there the same evening, customer service was great and overall I'm happy with my purchases.
Don’t purchase. Terrible customer service. Will NEVER get to return your purchase if you need to, even if it wasn’t opened. They won’t even respond. They’re scamming people.
I am from Israel. The company doesn't response me to my requests..looks like because i am jewish..this bad very very bad
I made an online order and there is no way to track your order. To charge $20 for the least expensive shipping option and NOT provide shipping information is ridiculous. No tracking number, no shipping status, nothing. They send you to the shop app making you download it thinking you will receive shipping information but all the app tells you' is that you made an order and when it's estimated to be delivered. I had high hopes for this place but I will likely never order from here again. Shipping cost is too high, it takes too long, And you have no idea the status of your order.
I paid more to receive my order faster because I was going to another country and needed the product. They simply FORGOT to send me my order, didn’t respond any emails and delivered my order after I’m traveled. I sent another message asking the shipment tax back since I paid for a service that i didn’t receive, again no one answer. It was a $1090,00 dollar order. Never more!
They sent the wrong item as part of a shipment, a battery charger rather than a cam set. When I told them about it, they asked for the invoice, but there was no invoice included in the package. However, they then quickly sent the missing cam set, no questions asked. It's nice that they trusted me (a first-time customer) and also corrected the issue so quickly.
Have had a barbell on order for 28 weeks now. It was supposed to be a custom made item with 14 week lead time. Called a couple times last month and they said that I should get it soon. Emailed last week with zero response. Ability to fulfil orders: none. Customer service: less then worthless.
