I've had a terrible experience with this site. I've received rude and accusatory emails accusing me of using a VPN or proxy and logging on to the site from different countries within the space of one minute of each other! No other site has ever accused me of this before. Absolutely no support to help me deal with what is clearly a technical problem (unless I can travel between countries in one minute!) and no consideration of the concerns I raised with you that I am not logging on from different countries and I have never downloaded a VPN or proxy (wouldn't even know how!) Lo and behold I read your reviews and other users report the same concerns. I've now been informed that my account has been permanently closed, which means that money I have earned is now being withheld from me.
The surveys are fine so far, although it takes ages to reach a withdrawal point. That’s part of the deal, so no complaints there.
The tone of the customer service, however, is shocking. Incredibly rude, accusatory and aggressive. Please take this as constructive feedback that you are alienating your users by communicating in a condescending, haughty and unpleasant fashion.
This reflects directly on the company and its employees.

Horrible experience. I signed up last year and it took a while to make a mere $15.40. Then I go to cash out but they wanted to verify my number like when I first signed up. I lost that number so what could I do? Two options: 1. Burn my earnings by adding a new number (such a scam) or 2. freeze them for six months. I chose to freeze them and just figured oh well, I can wait. Right then and there they stopped giving me surveys. The six months ended yesterday so I tried to cash out my measly $15.40 again and what happens? Banned! Jus t so they can keep $15.40! Such a scam. Stay away!

I don't know what all these bad reviews are about but I have been working with PaidViewpoint for two weeks and received money three times already. some people say it takes them one day to receive it but I received mine in one hour every singe time. All you have to do is read the rules very carefully and everything will be fine.

Very good site/app I've been using it for a couple years now no issues so far. In the beginning earnings is slow and high cashout threshold of $15 but that gets lowered down $5 dollars eventually.
I generally make anywhere between 15-30 dollars a month, you wont get rich but some nice pocket change for the effort is good.

I'm shocked with the low amount of stars for this site. Qualifying isn't always the easiest but when you do they generally pay very well and their cash out is legit. I've cashed out already. I'll admit at first I hardly used it because it would show like 0.48 for a 5 min survey and then it would just stop the survey and I would end up with 10 cents but the more surveys you take that you answer honestly on I think the better your chances are of qualifying for their surveys.

I've been a member for 12 years without ever experiencing any negative issues. Never been banned or warned. Generally had a positive experience. Recently they instituted some rule that you now have to provide your full address before you can get surveys or cash out.
I voiced my concern and displeasure over this and received a rude AI generated response. They said the information was needed to "complete my account registration." I've been a member for 12 years, but now you need my address? Not only do I not trust them to keep my information secure and not sell it, I'm now strongly considering closing my account.

I’ve tried a lot of survey platforms, and this one has honestly been one of the best experiences so far.
The first thing I noticed is how much more fun it feels compared to other survey sites. The layout is colourful, modern and actually enjoyable to use – it doesn’t feel like a chore. Some survey platforms feel dull and repetitive, but this one keeps things engaging.
I use both the app and the browser version, and both work smoothly. It’s really convenient being able to switch between devices depending on what I’m doing. The app is especially easy to navigate and quick to load. My first withdrawal was processed quickly, which gave me confidence straight away. There’s nothing worse than waiting ages or worrying about whether you’ll actually get paid, but that wasn’t the case here.
The surveys themselves feel more interactive and less robotic than most providers. I also appreciate the variety – it doesn’t feel like you’re answering the same questions over and over. “The compensation structure appears more balanced than competing platforms, with incentives proportionate to survey duration and complexity, which enhances user trust and perceived fairness.
Overall, it’s reliable, more fun than most, and pays out without drama. Definitely one of the better survey providers I’ve used, and one I will keep and use often for extra spends.

I've been doing surveys with PaidViewpoint for several years and it's been a fairly positive experience until now. It's a slow to earn low paying site but not too onerous. When I logged into the site I saw that I was required to do a profile update, including my address that is. I'm not happy about this so I contacted support. This was the response:
We recently updated our traits system, and as part of that update, all members are required to include their city in their profile address information.
This helps ensure that you are matched with the most relevant research survey opportunities available in your area. Keeping your profile information complete and up to date allows our system to send you surveys that are the best fit.
If you have not yet updated your address to include your city, please take a moment to do so from your profile settings. (Reference was made to their privacy policy but the link was removed from this review).
Please note if there are future issues with your account, you will be asked to provide documentation that confirms your first and last name, and full address. Failing to enter this information accurately will not only negatively affect your ability to receive surveys, but may prevent you from continuing your account if you do not have documentation to confirm it.
While we understand your hesitancy, please note that if you are not willing to share this information with us, you will not be able to participate in surveys, or receive rewards.
My response: So your site requires my full address not just my city. You also state that you may require documentation to prove my name and address. I've submitted another ticket as the question of security asked in my first support request was not answered.
In your privacy policy you state that "we do not share your name or email address with our clients". This is not my concern. I am very concerned, however about your site being hacked. The theft of data is a huge security risk and I know from personal experience what being scammed feels like and stress and toll that it takes. So now I'm debating if the small amount of earnings is worth the risk of giving you my personal data that potentially puts me at significant risk.
20/02/26 thanks for your reply. I also received a reply from support. They just pointed me back to the privacy policy. Regarding security it is not reassuring but it is honest. ........"However, transmission over the internet is not completely secure nor is any type of electronic storage, and there is always a risk that your information may be access or used by authorized third parties".
I appreciate the helpfulness of your explanation and more pleasant tone of your reply compared to the harsher tone of support. Upon reflection I will not update the profile with my address. The threat hanging over my head is that provision of documented ID will eventually be required and the security risk is not worth it. Also it takes ages to achieve cashout and I could end up losing out on my redemption. If things change and the address requirement is dropped I will happily return.

I have been doing surveys with Paidviewpoints for years. They recently banned me, accusing me of driving into the states everyday and doing surveys for 10 cents? They refuse to see the absurdity of their accusations. If you live near the border, your IP address may jump. Don’t bother with this site, they lack any integrity.

Great Survey Site! They give me surveys that I actually enjoy and most of them are done in under 10 minutes.
They always pay me out through PayPal.

PaidViewpoint is the best survey site. I am notified when a survey is available , I periodically go on the app. to see if I have a survey available . The surveys are related to my interests. Cash outs are easy after $5.00 threshold . I have been doing surveys for over 2 years now, and am happy to be a member of this site . Thank you Paidviewpoint.

I got falsely banned for using a VPN or a PROXY which I don't have on my computer or on my network, that's sad I can only imagine how much people they falsely banned for this what a joke.

THEY SELL YOUR DATA TO DANGEROUS SITES AND PEOPLE WHO CONTROL YOU AND KEEP AND EYE ON YOU.
L Website. Make it to 14.99$ and right after that no survey to make it till 15$ and when I submitted a ticket about survey Unavailablity they froze my account and asked for 100+ documentations that had my address info all the details. So sus they prolly preparing for something big and evil. Some agenda and propaganda that gonna harm us and our generations soon. They leave traps in website so you fell in them and when you are about to redeem they ban your account and put all the allegations on you and the rudeness of their support is like Israel. Prolly some Jewish Israeli website. Seems like legit but is hecked up website with heck up support agents. And you know the hypocrisy? Leaving a reply on every review here making it look like it's our fault while they are doing bullshit. The issue I got? Don't even ask I literally freakingly provide every documentation and they said we need a 60 days old document. Like I'm a freaky foreseer who knows paidviewpoint will do bullshit in future so let's make the document right now. Also they don't give you much time to provide documents either. IDGAF about them and if you guys have some shame so atleast don't freaky reply to me and pollute my review . I don't even wanna see your logo nor reply. Get off.

If Paidview point unblock the account who ask for surveys, then Paidview point is providing true service otherwise doing scam policy violations.
Paidview point customer support do scam policy violations about survey availability as when we ask for surveys and then they block the account. I have a proof about their customer support policy violations. They never respond to emails when we ask for surveys and then they block the account which is against their Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy. Totally scam PaidView customer support which are proud of doing policy violations of blocking the accounts for survey availability which is against and never mentioned in their Paidview point Terms and conditions and the privacy policy. Although they are scam as well they will never accept their fault.

I've been a member on their platform and it's been a pretty great experience. However their customer support is awful. They're extremely rude and disrespectful and don't listen to you at all. If they accuse you of something they believe it to be fact even though you've done nothing wrong. They'll treat you like a child for no reason. They all deserve to be fired or retrained for this kind of behavior.
EDIT: Yea that response isn't going to cut it for me. You don't read what the customer says. If i say that I haven't used a VPN then I haven't used a VPN. Just showing a screenshot of what appears to be a different ip address doesn't automatically mean someone has used a VPN. Causation doesn't relate to correlation. You need to do more critical thinking and stop spreading blame and threatening to terminate an account if it happens again. It wasn't my fault to begin with and this is your response? What a terrible company. Another unprofessional response from you. There is still NO proof you have that I used a VPN. You are not judge, jury, and executioner in this situation. If I ever find my account terminated because of your asinine TOS I'm filing with the BBB.

PaidViewpoint (PVP) is a great way to earn a little extra cash. I've been using it since 2023. I'm always grateful when I earn enough to cash out!
WHY I LOVE PVP-
*Surveys are only 2-5 minutes long
*The variety of subject matter is fun, interesting and often introduces me to new products!
*You will ALWAYS get a small reward-so nobody gets 'disqualified'.
HOW IT WORKS:
*Outside/Partner surveys are quick (most are 2-5 minutes) so the small payouts ($.10-$1.25 to start) add up FAST.
*In the beginning, outside surveys may be sparse, but you will get plenty of Traitscore surveys (honesty checkers) that add to your PVP profile. Traitscore questionnaires are 1-2 minutes long ($.10 reward) and consist of a few questions-new and repeats-to check the accuracy of the information you provide.
*The more surveys you answer, the higher your traitscore, which will lead to more surveys and better payouts.
