wasted 150 mins for 0 incentive
i clicked on a 120 minutes survey which was supposed to give me 10000 stars ( Their Currency which can be redeemed for paypal for understanding 20000 stars give you 10 pounds paypal giftcard) it took me around 150 minutes to complete those surveys and then i waited for almost a week i wasnt paid i tried contacting the support there was no reply from them either its been 2 weeks i would suggest you guys to try other platforms and avoid wasting your time here

Scammers!
These guys had me do a survey and offered £40 incentive - after completing it they just went silent. I contacted them and confirmed I had completed the survey and said they would speak to the person in charge and get back to me - They never did and are now ignoring my emails - Avoid them!

Avoid - slow and unrewarding
The surveys are few and far between with woeful pay rates. And it's common to spend time on a survey and then get screened out with zero reward. Customer service is pretty much non existent and payouts are very slow. Spare yourself the irritation. Plenty of better platforms around.

Voucher received after a couple of…
Voucher received after a couple of weeks. There are not many surveys available and can take some time to allocate enough points to earn a voucher. However any issues raised are promptly answered.

I enjoy doing the surveys
I enjoy doing the surveys. The little polls each day and football goal thing when it’s the euros or World Cup.
I’ve had 3 payments over the years. £10 each time. Only moan is, it normally comes a bit later than they state and I’ve had to chase it.
