I placed an order on June 1st for a Pagani Design PD-1653 - Rainbow Steel watch via a website that appeared to be the official Pagani Design store. Since then, I have received no shipment confirmation, no tracking number, and no replies to multiple emails and WhatsApp messages.

I have even tried contacting them to request a refund — but still, no response.

At this point, it seems clear that this is not the official brand website, but rather a fraudulent dropshipping site misusing Pagani’s brand name and identity to trick customers into placing orders.

The complete lack of communication and failure to deliver the product — or even acknowledge my inquiries — is unacceptable. I’m sharing this experience to warn other customers and urge the brand to take action against these fake platforms.

Excellent choice of watchs and high quality. I'm very satisfied with my watch and definitely I will order again soon.

The "gentlemen" of paganidesignstore.com were quick and punctual to collect my money.
I paid more a month ago;
I have not received the watch I purchased
and I have no news about the shipping status.
They don't respond to my emails.
They disappeared into thin air!
Their behavior is deplorable and disrespectful.
All this makes me think I have been scammed by paganidesignstore.com.

I purchased a watch on the site that claims to ship from Germany on 08/28/2023 to today 10/31/2023 watch not delivered and refund not processed. I don't think I will get my money back, the only thing I can do is prevent other people in good faith from being scammed. If you want a Pagani watch, buy it on Amazon, you pay a little more but it is delivered to your home the next day. Damn scammers avoid them.

Bought and paid for watch. Then everything quiet. No response to email. Nothing. its now almost 1.5 months later.. Do not buy from this scammer.

Excellent Seller, I have ordered a watch from this store and they promised me a 3 day shipping and time was crucial for me as this watch was ordered as a gift to someone but it wasn’t delivered they refunded the whole amount and also sent me a watch. Amazing seller and excellent quality watches. I highly recommend them.

Lousy Service, dont buy!
Watch took 3 month to arrive, no Status, no Info.
Now it came finally and its not usable - 15 Minutes late in 6 hours! Forget it, waste of money!

I waited more than 2.5 months and the package arrived incomplete. My money was not returned. You can't call them on the phone, they also have a hard time answering emails. I will never buy from you again.

First looked legit but after waiting for two weeks I had the feeling this is a dropshipper. Which isn't a bad thing if they deliver.
Now it has been 4 weeks without communication, order is still with state "unfulfilled"

Still hope it's a dropshipper because else I've been robbed

Update: after almost 10 weeks (without as customer knowing it would take so long) I did receive the watch!
Classic Chinese error: not with the strap I ordered
But at least it was cheap and the seller is not a crook

Doesn't reply to emails, calls, chats nothing he is just a ghost!!
Took money and order remained unfulfilled!!!
Will never purchase anything like this again form abroad but will pay for it locally as this is just a scam!!

I’ll make an order it comes later as saying and now I can’t give it back I wrote two emails but they don’t answer so it’s not my fault.
