Fantastic experience, and beautiful home.

I have been staying here for 15 years or so and it just keeps getting better. Keypad door knobs are the latest improvement to this property!
The only thing I can say is that I wish they had more parking which can be an issue during the summer holidays.

Really nice place, very spacious rooms. Slow WiFi, we also called about AC and fridge that were not cooling enough. The dryer did not have any heat so it took a very long time to dry anything.

We had a great time, the condo was great the only problem I had was the bed it was not very comfortable, and there was no end tables by the bed side for a C pap machine or a pair of glasses.

Dirty laundry left on floor by washer, front door locks didn't work properly, pillow case had hair on it and very dusty.
Other than a beautiful place we loved it.

Had a great time! Was a nice place to stay. Would stay there again.

We’ve stayed in lots of condos ,but we were disappointed with this one trouble with shower cold water knob, smaller than expected but it was clean and beds were comfortable

Great accommodations for a great price! Wonderful condo, short walking distance to the beach. We really enjoyed ourselves here and would return again!

Great place to stay! Clean, updated, and very comfortable for a family. Close to the pool and the beach. Would highly recommend this place.

Padreescapes is a five star organization that is professionally set up in all regards ... this review is only for Unit 204 which we rented from 6-18-18 to 6-22-18.

Positive:
Best location of any of the units with perfect views of both the beach and pool.

Lots of everything with regard to linens, kitchen and bathroom supplies.

Great nightlight in the kitchen that made me smile every time I saw it.

A special shout out to the two custodian professionals, Anthony and Larry, who were very friendly and helpful during the entire stay!

Things Needing Improvement:

This is a big one ... the master bedroom does NOT have a queen bed, it is a double. We have physical limitations that resulted in one of us having to sleep on the floor (me).

The box fan does not work in the master bedroom and the upstairs AC can not keep up with the daytime temperatures(downstairs is just fine).

The patio doors and shades just don't work without a ton of "muscle". My wife opened the door to the downstairs patio while we were "beaching" and could not get back in ... we all laughed but she was mad about it. THE DOORS NEED TO BE FIXED PRONTO.

We had a good time but I will not come back until the unit has a queen bed as they advertise it is ... that is a big "con". Vr Tom and Ann

We had a clean, nice and cosy condo. Everything was there. And it had enough space for 2 adults and a toddler.
Just 2 min away from the beach.
We enjoyed our visit there.

I've used them several times now. Each time the property was clean and exactly as advertised. Service was excellent. Will definitely keep using Padre Escapes - great company!

The condo we stayed in was just right, nicely furnished and a decent view of the water from where it was. The air conditioner work great and the washer and dryer was certainly an added plus. This place had everything you needed just as if you were at your own house and the kitchen and everything in it was very clean, especially the coffee pot! About the only thing that wasn’t great was the open door entry from the outside to the stairs leading up to the condo, not bad at all just kind of not normal is all. This was a great place to stay and I’d definitely do it again.

Best rental we've stayed at. Our family really enjoyed staying here. The rental was very clean, beautifully decorated & has everything you need. The beds are comfortable & the pool is clean, nice, & conveniently located to all the rentals. Parking is so easy. Checking in & out is a breeze and staff is friendly. Whitecap Beach is close by & is also nice and clean. We had fun & even found sand dollars. We will definitely go back!

Padre Escapes was great to deal with.
The place we rented was very nice.
The only thing we did not like were the beds (uncomfortable).

Had a great experience with the staff. I was able to call and ask questions about amenities. Check in was very easy. Location was great.
