Extremely poor customer service

After having an account for a number of years I was subject to a security check. Fair enough. My driving licence, a letter head and 2 credit card statements still not enough. When I eventually got through on there chat, it took me 2 and a half hours to sort it out. And not even a measly free bet in compo. Useless they are. Couldn't call me a gambler and a piddly amount in it but I've neared retirement trying to sort this out. Don't bother putting your money in

Only sport bet

The customer service is somewhat poor but after several attempts they verified my account I was able to withdraw winnings and now they arrive instantly, I prefer this site for sports betting!

Obviously it's a gambling site and yes…

Obviously it's a gambling site and yes you win some and you lose some but literally £600 and not one payout surely there has to be some sort of regulations against this kind of thing they're literally just sitting there raking it in taking everyone's money but very rarely are they giving any payouts and what I don't get the slot I pay before the games starts it says it has a rtp rate of 96% and I'm not 100% sure how all that works but I'm guessing it means there's quite high odds of winning on the game so why when you spend £600 on £2.50 spins you don't get any payback at all from it just a conning site but I guess at the end of the day they're all the same and that's why they're multi billion pound companies

Absolute Rubbish

Their 0800 number is inactive. Their ask paddypower on twitters last messages are from April 2013. I was told by the chatbot assistant that I was permanently self excluded in June 2016 three days ago today they said it was July 2017 at 04:30 hours. GAMSTOP told me my self-exclusion was from the 31st August 2028 ending on the 1st September 2023. However William Hills and Ladbrokes have seen proof and their safer gambling agents called me before re-activating my accounts however the group that owns paddypower including skybet and several other operators are of no help whatsoever. Despite me receiving an email from Gamstop confirming my self-exclusion has been removed

Excluded for no reason after decades of loyal custom!

Excluded after decades of being a loyal, but small bettor.
Will only allow me to access my Account if I show them a Selfie, My Passport, My Driving Licence, My National Health Card, a Utility Bill.
Thankfully i have no money in my account but in its Sister Company Betfair, I have £1.58, which they won't refund or even let me close my Account.
I worry that these rogues are holding all my details and I have no way of checking they are safe!
Gambling Commission no help at all.
Same as these betting sites. The Chat sets you in a loop then cuts you off ...Quasi polite customer service abominable.
If i could never put a bet on again it would not matter to me. At my age 83 just a little bit of excitement.
Paddy Power and Betfair can go and boil their heads.!!
More people should be airing their concerns.

Best Odds Guaranteed not delivered...and then 7Agents!

I had a bet which won at 11-1 although I placed the bet when the horse was quoted at 17-2. Under their Best Odds Guaranteed criteria they should have paid me £22 + £2 stake = £24. Instead they paid £16.
I have been on to 7 Agents who just keep passing the buck trying....to resolve a simple issue. They probably hope I'll log off, all for the sake of £8....unbelievable!

STILL NO RESPONSE!!

Never got a response.....

Absolutely shocking service

Absolutely shocking service. I opened an account and won some money. Paddypower promptly suspended my account. I sent in the required verification twice. I have heard nothing in 2 months. There is no contact email or phone number and ‘customer service’ does not respond on the ‘web chat’. I would not recommend this betting site to anyone.

Robbers and pirates

Joíned . Won on spins. Placed horse bet. Made a giftcard withdrawal. Then they suddenly closed my account and said it was at discretion of security team. I also had 'live' bets on with them. Disgraceful. Do not trust these Robbers.
