Called in after visiting a local car show our second visit. Disappointing to find water gardens closed due to on line complaints about conditions, but not surprised after previous visit when many were stagnant.

Noticed hot food available in the tea room and opted for corned beef pie and Sunday roast beef lunch....

The pie was mostly potato with a slight, very slight hint of corned beef and not worthy of the name. The beef lunch was even worse. There was plenty of mash and cauliflower cheese , but the carrots and cabbage were dried out as were the roasties with burnt skins . The Yorkshire pudding a crisp burnt shell that exploded as it was cut into and inedible. The 2 slices of beef overcooked , dried out and tough. Wasn't expecting Michelin star but surely something edible with flavour for the £20+ it cost. No one bothered to come over and ask how it was nor was anyone around to complain too. Waste of money and time we'll never return. Id urge anyone wanting hot food to give it a wide berth and find a soup kitchen.

We have been going to Paddock Farm regularly for about 3 years now.
We have got to know the staff well as they are so friendly and helpful. Most weekends we go for Sunday lunch which is lovely well cooked and hot. Not worth cooking when you can go here to have a good lunch at a reasonable price.
Why do we go so far because of the over and above service by a family run service. We would prefer to give them our custom rather than the big companies yes we have spent money. Quality products sometime a bit different from what you see elsewhere. Advice freely given and always spoken too When we arrive. Makes you feel special not just a customer. Great also for kids. Visit the tropical fish room , ornamental gardens and hide. The staff go the extra mile to make your visit pleasurable even if you don't buy. We'll both a visit.

Been quite a few times always a joy to go there staff brilliant choice excellent. Have just been today 8th December went into cafe as well great meal also my wife and I bought some beautiful handmade Christmas wreaths. Excellent place well worth a look

Just spent a lovely relaxing afternoon here at Paddock Farm. Lovely and helpful staff who take the time to help you and give you advice. The ponds and fish are just what you need to relax! The sausage and egg buttie was just perfect! Thank you for making such a lovely place to while away some time and relax.

I wanted to fit an outside power supply for my pond and lawn mower. The price was completive and it arrived in good time and in good condition.

the staff are friendly and understanding there knowledge is out standing from tropical to cold water from aquatic plants to the plants for your decorative borders in the garden there selection of dry goods is second to non always found them willing to help you out and advise you on what is the best solution to a problem if you have one

hello paddock what a wonderful breakfast me and the wife had this morning. what a wonderful friendly bunch you are and nothing is ever to much bother for you. looking forward to calling in again sometime this week your doing a great job keep it up

I went to the paddock farm open day and purchased a female betta splenden and a male betta splenden took them home and quarantined them and when I put them into my betta tank it wiped out all of my male and female betta splendens that I had been building up for breeding. I didn't inform paddock due to the face that we had travelled from redcar just for the day and we haven't been too well ourselves.

Great communication, letting me know at every stage where my item was, arrived on time, and would definitly deal again, many thanks for a great service. Sarah

And very well deserved, we have been going to paddock farm now for a few years and there drive and commitment to continually better them selves is as impressive as there customer relations, great establishment, great people great fish!

Excellent service from time of order to actual delivery. Have used Paddock farm several times now always with good service. Items are delivered promptly and orders can be tracked to final delivery point. -

Always productive & the staff are very friendly. Homemade food if you get peck ish.

The staff at paddock farm could not possibly have tried any harder to help me when I needed help and advice.
The big chains have wage slave staff whilst paddock farm appear to have staff that actually are interested in and knowledgeable about the products they sell.
Just as a nice touch they then gave me a plastic cover to keep the boot carpet clean whilst I carried some plants home! Never asked for it, they just offered it to me for free at the till (can't call it a checkout as its far more personal than that!)
I could and would recommend this place to anyone the service was absolutely spot on!

would not use again, ignored by staff and then given wrong advice i would use other more experienced people

The customer service at Paddock Farm is second to none. I was provided with comprehensive knowlegable advice regarding aspects of my fish pond and filtration system and my order was received the next day. I highly recommend them.

Having dealt with Paddock Farm only once I can only recommend them on this experience. Having a problem to obtain a certain product I contacted them to see if they could help. This is the only place i trust for all my aquarium needs, I found the stock is good quality and the help and advise from the staff is spot on. I've looked at other outlets closer to home but find them lacking so always end up buying my stuff from Paddock Farm

This is the perfect place for all of the above, The gardens are set out beautifully and you can even take a cuppa and drink it in the particular gardens you are fond of. did I say it had a cafe that is good and they even sell you plants and things you need for your garden.
It is the first place I go for bedding plants and baskets. The staff are knowledgeable and friendly and give good advice. The lady who is the owner is a sweetheart and is lovely and pleasant she is also very helpful as well.

Wide selection of garden and aquatic items at very competitive prices. Staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful. Lovely refreshments available from the on-site cafe. The watergardens are well kept and inspirational. Well worth a visit.
