Glad everyone here have a good experience! But I just lost 3,500 and I'm very disappointed by Brandon and Ashley!!!!

I will never stop recommending Paddio to everyone I know. We had a very difficult year, and the process of trying to buy a house was daunting and exhausting--Paddio made it possible, and Ryan Stuck made it so much easier. We will be forever grateful!

Shay was wonderful to work with! She was not only knowledgeable and assisted us every step of the way she also assisted our realtor to follow through with tasks as he was not responsive. She consistently went over and above to ensure our closing stayed on schedule. She even stayed on hold for over an hour to have the address for the mortgage address updated due to a typo. Shay seemed to have worked 24/7 because no matter what day or time she responded within what felt like seconds! She made a process that could feel overwhelming at times easy and carefree! We are so thankful Shay picked up the phone when we contacted Paddio! Not only did we find the best loan officer around, we found someone we now call friend! Thanks Shay for everything!!! 😀

this was the first time refinancing. What a learning process. The technology of the online system was amazing but the professional and helpfulness of Amanda was and is priceless. I wish I could use her to solve all of my life issues because she was that awesome. On top of everything before I could even ask!!! We were constantly updated and never felt like we were in the dark. Out of three home buying experiences, Paddio was the best. Paddio made it easy to submit and review the required documents and to review my loan process. My Loan Officer Brian Kent was absolutely the BEST as he was knowledgeable, responsive, patient and genuinely invested in making sure that I had a positive home buying experience.
