I needed help with a payment query and…

I needed help with a payment query and the support team was phenomenal. Honestly, I haven’t experienced service this good from any company when dealing with a payment issue. They sent me proof of payment in no time, which allowed me to quickly provide my supplier with the evidence. Thank you—the online service is outstanding!

No Invoice PDFs ... Bot only ...

Paddle's support is a frustrating bot-only experience. After updating my invoice with company name & VAT ID for MotionVFX purchase, I can't get a clean official PDF download – just a browser version with an annoying 'Edit business address' flag. Normal providers just email proper invoices. Very disappointing for B2B customers

Beware – Recurring Charges and No Cancellationseriences with…

I’ve had multiple bad experiences with services that use Paddle.net for billing. On five different occasions, including most recently with FineVoice, I’ve tried to cancel subscriptions or request refunds. Every time, Paddle claimed they “could not find” my transaction — even when I gave them my email, card info, dates, and even the actual receipts.

The result? I was charged for services I no longer wanted, and Paddle refused to help.

After doing research, I found hundreds of similar complaints from other customers. This seems to be a pattern of denial and avoidance rather than a rare mistake.

If you see that a service uses Paddle.net for billing, I recommend extreme caution. Canceling or getting a refund may be nearly impossible.
