Outstanding customer experience
The website is well-designed with a great selection of products.
Although there was a shipping problem, the customer service was outstanding and proactive, providing frequent updates. The problem was quickly solved.

Nice selection of backpacks for a good price. I bought the evergoods plc 20l after it had been discontinued. It arrived very quickly in Germany and everything was well packaged. Added the shop to my backpack link collection and will happily order there again.
