I sent a box between EU countries but it never arrived. It was stuck for months in the town of origin until they finally gave it back to me in the same place. After many calls and emails they finally reimbursed my money, but it was a huge waste of time and they never provided the service I had contracted.
Packlink is not the shipping company. In my case it was GLS and they both said the culprit was the other party. At least in Packlink they answered my emails and calls although they never actively tried to solve the problem (just refered to GLS). Not recommended.
