Taking orders they can't fulfil. Don't allow collection of orders and over 2 weeks to ship anything. Avoid.
I’m disappointed with this company. My order was incomplete, and despite being assured that a refund was in progress after I called, I’ve yet to see the money 10 days later. I was charged £9 for postage, which would have been acceptable had my entire order been delivered. However, I ended up paying more than if I had sourced my boxes from a different company. To add insult to injury, the boxes seemed to have been stored in a high-humidity environment, resulting in poor quality.
