Myself and my business partner ordered, 1000 Mylar bags each.

The quality is absolutely awful, I wouldn’t even say supplement worthy. Not only that, they are the wrong colour, completely ignored in the detailed content given for sizing and artwork. And furthermore, the details on the back are cut off, due to a print error, which also has the text off being level.

Essentially the bags are completely unusable, as our brands are premium brands.

Now after obviously making this clear to packaging bull, they have agreed to give a full refund, however have now dragged it out and are now offering just 50% of our money back. This is totally unacceptable, considering the bags have literally 5 errors, due to printing and doing a shoddy job their end.

I’d suggest to avoid this company at all costs.

We ordered a small run of mylar bags from this company due to needing them quickly and believing they were being produced in the UK. I have taken delivery of a shipment from Pakistan with the worst example of a mylar bag I've ever seen. The material is like cardboard, there are characters missing from the text, misaligned text and glitches on the main print area. These are barely 3 pence each value sold at 40p each in the UK. We are left with 2000 unusable bags and 10 days lost time.

We have now received a full refund, but only thanks to the PayPal disputes team. Had we paid directly I very much doubt we'd have got any money back.

Packaging Bull have been an awful company to deal with from start to finish. Please avoid.
