Nice mix of dog food
Nice mix of dog food, treats and biscuits on this site. This delivery was well packed, although I did have a few broken dog biscuits which could have been down to delivery. Would order again of course. This is just one of many packages I have had from this company.

Unbeatable value gets Package Pets 5 stars. If I have a complaint it is that there is usually at least one thing I want to purchase out of stock but with such competition beating prices it isn’t surprising. Always my first port of call when I need to stock up on hamster supplies.

DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY! Not only did they send me the incorrect items I ordered, unlike any other company who would quickly send you the correct items. They made me go through lots hassle of sending three little packages rabbit through back, and then waited a week to wait my reply if I still wanted my original order.
I have now been waiting nearly a month for extra food for my rabbits, which would have been very much appreciated in the freezing weather we have had.

Disappointed with service
I ordered Johnsons4flea tablets from this company through Amazon but was sent the wrong item. Managed to contact them and they said they will send the correct item. Now nearly three weeks and no signs so contacted Amazon and they have refunded me for non receipt.

I purchased cage fronts from here two months ago and they said that they could not supply with them because I am living in Ireland. They took the money from my account no problem but still have not refunded the money. I've emailed them each week since and they have not yet replied.
Very unreliable company. Anyone reading this from Ireland don't order anything, they'll fleece you.

Sorry to hear you have had this experience with us.
Sadly, we do not post to Rep. Ireland unless it has been organized prior to the order being placed. We were not sure how you were able to place the order and select DHL UK mainland delivery. We did issue a refund upon your email to us however as the payment was made with an e-cheque we had to wait until it cleared to issue a refund. Once the e-cheque cleared a full refund was issued.
We have since implemented a change to the website to stop this happening in future. Again, we are sorry you had this experience with us.

Avoid this company
My daughter ordered a green and blue hamster cage and was sent a damaged pink cage.
There is no phone number to contact and we had to search the website and go on the privacy policy to find an address.
My daughter has still not received a reply to her emails, and neither have I from FB messenger.
Shoddy goods and they make it deliberately difficult to contact them. The only paperwork is a packing sheet, again with no contact details.

Do NOT buy from this company. I bought and paid for dog treats and got no confirmation of purchase. I then followed with phone calls to an answerphone and emails with NO response. I am not sure this company even exists.

A puppy blanket that I had ordered got lost in transit. On informing Package Pets I received a prompt and courteous reply and a replacement blanket was sent out straight away. Great customer service.
