No customer focus here
No customer focus here, package cage delivered, misshapen and spacing of bars in some parts just not right. Sellers looked at photos and said they could still be put together, and failed to respond to my concern about extra wide gaps near feeders, just dismissed me. There's other sellers, these are not focused on noting customer comments and care not much. I think they drop ship from other people ? ALSO i had to chase them for refund, they made me pay for the return delivery despite cage being damaged in transit. Just avoid them I think.

Sorry to hear you had this expereince with us. The cage arrived as pictured and describe. We addressed the issues with the bars by stating that they are made with a maluable wire so that they can be moulded into shape when using a small amount of force. It is our policy that if the item arrives damaged or defective then we cover return postage costs however this was not the case with your order. You expressed that you were not happ with the bars along with other things but these were shown in the images and mentioned in the product description which is why were unable to cover return postage costs. A refund for the item was issued a few days after it arrived back with us.

Item was good quality
Item was good quality, just as I expected. It was difficult to unwrap as very tightly bound but I appreciate this was to minimise damage in transit.

Hamster cage parts missing . Not fit for purpose
Hamster cage - not fit for use.
We started to put the cage together ,
there are no clips on the frame
The tubes don’t fit together properly
The door pops open so easy so it is not fit for use .
I’m extremely disappointed with the item . I had purchased it for my grandson , who is also disappointed

Wrong items delivered but corrected
Wrong items delivered. I ordered valerian drops and received treats instead. One if my cats is sick and stressed and valerian drops work really well. She cannot eat biscuit treats as she has a mouth problem. We ran out of drops today and can't get any locally. I phoned Phillips Pet Supplies, who packaged the items, and left a message last Friday and today, but no response as yet. I was contacted by Package Pets and they had the correct order sent to me within 48 hours. This was very helpful. Too late for my sick cat but very useful for our other cat, who is nervous since he lost his companion. Very good and effective treatment for anxious cats.
