Ordered a mask on 19/05/2020. Long delay waiting for stock from China to arrive in UK. E-mail sent 8th June informing me that the mask had been posted to me. As of today, 27/07/20 I have not received my order and have tried to contact them by e-mail three times with no response. Please avoid unless you happy for them to take your money and not supply the goods or respond to any e-mails.

Great mask, ordered in blue and received quickly. Very comfortable and compliant to government guidelines when out shopping.

The adult mask is too small and has no adjustable nose bridge, so it does not fit properly. Very disappointing for the price. The flurry of marketing emails since the purchase have been terrible. The worst of clickbait marketing strategies and pandemic profiteering. I'm embarassed to have supported this company with my purchase.

Good choice of mask patterns - I've been stopped on three occasions by people wanting to know where I'd got it from; prompt delivery and very comfortable to wear. Intend ordering two more for the in-laws next week.

Disappointed with the sizes. I ordered 6 masks. 2 adult designer prints, 2 "adult" black and 2 child size masks (one grey and one designer). The adult black is the same size, maybe even smaller than the child size. The delivery time was very slow as well. I did receive a prompt email reply about the delivery time delay, but funny how my email about the sizes has gone unanswered. Pacamask has been emailing me nearly every day about buying more masks and also trying to sell me a UV light wand which makes me very annoyed. I would not recommend. Two stars only because the masks do fit the children.

I love these masks, much better than the previous Bog standard ones that make you sweat and unable to breathe properly. Love the designs and the children ones fit well too. I’ve now ordered more for other family members ♥️

My masks came in 3 days, very pleased, loved the pattern and colours, and that I can adjust the elastic ear straps.

The items that I had delivered today were not the items I saw and ordered on the website. The items I received were cheap and nasty and were not at all like the items displayed. I called and the call handler stated that they were receiving complaints about the items received and that the images on the web site were computer generated representations ? I have today raised a case with Lancashire Trading standards. This company seems to have popped up in May 2020. They said that I would get a refund of the £39.99 I paid - I have a feeling I will never receive it. The website gives a totally false representation of the items they are sending out. Update - I did receive a credit the day after making my complaint in all fairness

First order was not able to be supplied as the 'in stock' items were actually out of stock. Had to accept different mask colour.
Second order was 'on its way' a week ago, but still has not arrived!
As a business order they are seemingly unable to provide a VAT invoice.
Will consider revising this review if I actually get a response.
Have had a courteous response, and eventually received correct VAT invoices.

Absolutely NOTHING like the photo of a shaped sturdy mask. These are cheap flimsy tat. A square of material. No shaping under the eye and no noticeable silver ion fabric. No metal wire to shape over the nose. Far too big and ear loops are far too long. Both masks are wildly different sizes. They are not anti mist at all. My glasses steam up just as badly. For £15 a mask this is a TOTAL CON! Yet another company profiteering from a life and death situation. DO NOT BUY. And now because it’s become law to wear a mask I have limited option for getting good ones anywhere else as that are sold out. I WILL BE GETTING A FULL REFUND. They’ve obviously bolstered their rating quickly over the past 48 hours with a load of fake 5 star reviews. Typical scam reaction. Shame on them.

Now that mask wearing is set to become part of our everyday life, I thought that I might as well have a bit of fun with it. Pacamask offer some wonderfully creative and colourful options to choose from. The final product, which arrived with zero hassle, was exactly as described! Highly recommended as a practical and well priced way (given that you can wash and reuse) to add a bit of colour to your daily COVID routine.

My brightly coloured pacamask arrived in just a few days and I love it. It is great after a few washes too. The colour is bright and summery and the fit perfect so my sunglasses no longer mist up thankfully. I will order some more in their newer designs soon. Thank you so much. Sarah

My order arrived only 3 days after I placed it, which was amazingly fast! Thank you.
The masks are great looking, maybe a LITTLE small for some faces but the adjustable ear elastics are a good idea and the shape is ok. Only a metal nose bar would've been good for a snugger fit but probably not a good idea for a mask that is washable.
