I had a great experience with PA Surveyors. I requested a quote for a Level 3 survey. Iain detailed all the work that was going to be carried out clearly. Simon carried out the survey and did an amazing job. He shared with me the highlights of the survey right after the survey for me to have an overview before having the full report. This was a huge help and it was greatly appreciated. The report was thorough, clear, and organised. I was able to address all major defects to the seller thanks to PA Surveyor and work out solutions to move forward with the sale. I would like to thank both Iain and Simon for their great work. I will definitely use PA Surveyors' services in the future.

Iain is very helpful, we went to Hove to survey an old house. I did some research and read the reviews and decided to ask Iain for help. He is a very professional surveyor and highly recommended. We listened to a short audio to understand the survey in general and in detail, and then got a full report with everything. I was a little worried before the survey, whether there would be any structural problems or other serious problems. Iain was very patient in answering my questions and it was worth the money. If you buy an old house, the survey will help you understand all aspects of the house and help you decide how to renovate it. I really appreciate his professional advice.

Yet again we had to turn to PA Surveyors to assist with quite an unusual ongoing battle with Bona Vicantia! All I can say is that Iain is our trump card, it was like having a Rottweiler in our pocket! 😄 He is very thorough, very quick and doesn’t stop until he gets (in this case) a good result. I have recommended him to many and would always use him again if needed!

I have had the pleasure of employing PA Associates to undertake 2 surveys for me recently. The first was a Level 3, full building survey, the thoroughness of which, helped inform me that the property would require far more extensive reconstruction than I had originally anticipated. I therefore chose not to proceed with the purchase.

My subsequent survey was a Level 2 as the property was a single floor flat. However, I was extremely impressed by the detail that PA Associates were able to provide me with. There were no serious problems with the property, but I was given a useful summary of future, potential areas that would require monitoring. In both cases the reports were extensive and well-illustrated, and also easy to understand.

The importance of a good survey cannot be under-estimated, as it enables you to make a properly informed decision about proceeding with a purchase and the obvious financial implications that come with it. PA Associates provided me with all that was necessary to undertake this and I would absolutely recommend them.

The need did arise, I had put an offer on our third property and needed a survey. Same format as the last two and again within a couple of days Iain and I were able to have a video to discuss the findings. The old style of the surveyor typing up a long report and posting or emailing it is not nearly as helpful as going through every point with the surveyor. If you need a typed report, they will do it for you. With an important purchase like a home, the discussion with the surveyor is worth much more than the printed paper report. Hopefully I will not need their service in the near future but if I do or any of my friends do I will use P A Surveyors.

We received a really helpful survey with lots of detail and useful information. Thanks to Iain for producing such a good report. It was also really helpful to have a call to talk everything through as well. Very happy to recommend and would use again in future.
