Can’t believe I have to rate an…

Private driver Amazon vest Update a very nice foreign person dropped it off band T-shirts. I just thought you know like a biker pothead couldn’t take from an ink shop with Tee Public, Asia or someone knows what he’s doing not as the ink maybe but would want extra band merch my apologies pretty timely. It came!!!!!! Can’t believe I have to rate an experience a one. No one on the phones🫩 relying on package tracker after ship it’s pretty handy. It’s free charge nine-15 dollars shipping cost alone on $30 T-shirts like it’s postal for someone. I guess arriving anytime a day with the video surveillance by management, though waiting cause they don’t give us the access code.

Awful

Awful. I've never heard of them before. I ordered a shirt from TeePublic. I got this weird tracking number. It provides extremely vague information. I found my package this morning. It was at the house next door on the front steps, out in the rain, soaking wet. It appears the "courier" picked it up Saturday from the PO then didn't deliver it until yesterday in the evening. Because the package was not there yesterday at 4pm when I walked by the house. I never got any alert saying it was delivered. The tracking only showed "waiting for courier" back on Tuesday. Luckily, it was a shirt and not a book, poster, or something else susceptible to rain. Terrible.

Only service worse than FedEx

I may have found the only shipping service worse than FedEx, which is quite the feat. Ordered a shirt from teepublic nearly a month before Christmas. It was "guaranteed by Christmas." The shipping service was p2p. Its expected delivery date was Dec. 18th. Well it is Christmas day and that is what it still says for the tracking information. They have had the package since the 6th. It only had to go from Texas to Michigan. Last update on tracking shows the package in Chicago. They could have walked it there in that much time. I'm expecting to not receive the package. Horrible service with even worse tracking and updates. Avoid at all costs.

Beware

I ordered a pair of shoes from Oofos on 11/23/25. They were shipped with this company. Communication has been horrible and it’s been sitting in Dallas since 12/3 and it’s now 12/16. It needs to come about 30 miles. They say it’s out for delivery. We’ll see…awful so far!!! Do not use!!!

Fraud of a shipping company

Consistently slow shipping, multiple shipments lost in transit, and poor communication. Moving forward if a company you plan to purchase from uses P2P, stop doing business with them and let them know why. Its the only way to eliminate this fraud of a shipping service.

Terrible shipping company

Terrible shipping company. I had never even heard of them (for good reason, it seems) until I ordered something from Coop Sleep Goods and P2PG was the shipping carrier. Things started off fine, but now my package has not had any sort of update or movement in 5 days. I reached out to P2PG, as suggested on their website, and haven't heard back from anyone. I even followed up on my email. Crickets.

I got in touch with Coop and they assured me they would send a replacement. I specifically requested that it not be sent via P2PG. I'll avoid them at all costs from here on out.

They randomly decide where to deliver your package

Some how the street address got left off my order. The street name was correct, just no house number. No one caught that issue until p2pg was delivering the package So instead of contacting the company that was shipping the package to find correct address, p2pg picked a random house on a different street to deliver the package. Then they suggested I go to this house to get my package. I am not going to walk up to strangers house and ask for my package. Pgp2 kept telling me the package was delivered and even sent me pictures of the front porch it was delivered to. I agreed it was delivered, except the picture was not my front porch. P2pg sent me a picture of the mail box with the house number in it. The pic was 314. My address is 212. The house the picked was not even on the correct street.
So far p2pg has done nothing to resolve this issue. I would expect p2p2 to, try and recover the package, order me a new product at their cost or p2pg to refund my money for the product.

Abysmal Service

I am writing to complain about the delivery that has now failed to take place for two days in a row. First, our first delivery on Sunday was missed because the deliverer couldn’t find the address and tried to call me at 6:40am which was outside of the delivery period.

Then, today the delivery was missed because the agent rang the doorbell for a split second before then hanging up and leaving. I missed the calls because I was on a work meeting and do not disturb mode, but did not even have time to answer the door as it rang for a split second, your driver left while my wife ran downstairs to catch the driver.

This is an absolute joke of a delivery service that the item has now failed to be delivered twice in a row with very little effort or patience on the part of the delivery agent. It would have taken nothing on your side to send the agent back when I called you on the phone, given it was only a few minutes after, but I was instead dismissed by your agent. I have paid almost £1000 for an item and the least I would expect is a semi-reasonable delivery service.

I've never seen a company that stayed…

I've never seen a company that stayed in the shipping business that there 1 star rating was at 73%, far out ways they're 5 star rating of a measly 3%. Also I ordered my product off of zazzi. I was not informed that my product was coming from out of the country. I also pre-ordered this almost 4 months ago for the release date November 13th; and it hasn't arrived, it's almost Thanksgiving. Initial arrival date was November 22nd. Do not use P2P companies for your shipping they are not very good at what they're supposed to do

Package hasn’t moved

Hey i’ve orderd a pair of jeans on the 5th of June. My package hasn’t moved in over a month and is held at location by p2p mailing says Fedex fic. They aren’t responding to my E-mails either the same goes for my retailer wich is Broken Planet. Can you help me?

Writing this on behalf of my father Ken Stevens.

My father was awaiting a mattress delivery on behalf of the Sleep Shop. Someone from your company tried ringing on Thursday 20th July but my father was at work. They rung again Friday lunchtime and left a message saying they would be delivering the mattress on Monday 24th July between 7-10am. Only issue with that was my father was going on holiday on Monday 24th July.

Any company with any common sense would not arrange a mattress delivery without first speaking to the customer to check if the delivery date was OK! My father wasn't able to take the calls Thursday and Friday as he was at work. He rung back Friday at 4:40pm but no-one answered, he tried again at 5pm but got through to an automated message saying the office was closed,

P2P are the only courier company I've ever heard of that don't work after 5pm or work weekends. My father left numerous voice messages and also texted to say he was going on holiday on Monday 24th July. Despite this the unless delivery company still attempted to deliver the mattress on Monday 24th July. My father wasn't in and the driver phoned my father asking where he was!

You would have thought after all this, this useless company would have learnt their lesson about speaking to the customer first before trying to arrange a mattress delivery. Earlier today they rung my father who didn't answer as he is on holiday and a man called Benjamin left a message saying they would be delivering the mattress on the morning of Tuesday 1st August! No this is not OK as your company has been told more than once to do a pm delivery so that I can be there to swap the mattress over on behalf of my father.

It's mind blowing how incompetent this company is. To arrange a mattress delivery not once, but twice without first speaking to the customer is ridiculous. To not bother checking your messages is ridiculous. Finally to be phoning my father when he is on holiday despite being clearly told not to do this is completely unacceptable.

The only reason I am giving this company one star is because trustpilot won't allow me to give zero stars.

Tracey was brilliant

Tracey (not sure if I spelt that right) was brilliant. Had a few issues with lack of communication and delays when I'd called and spoken to others previously (one guy telling me my day-late order was 'not prioritised' due to the size of it - not what you want to hear), but after speaking to Tracey she called me and kept me updated and really understood where I was coming from which I appreciated. Drivers were nice too.

If I could put 0 stars I would, like previous reviews I got email of attempted delivery 09/03/ at 14.17. I was here all day, have security cameras a ring doorbell with camera and nobody called. I have contacted the retail supplier to report and apparently it will be out for delivery today. I’ve asked that they at least ring me to let me know they are there, they have my postcode so shouldn’t have a problem anyway. Amazing how all reviews have exactly same complaints

Replying to your comment on above, it is now 18th April. Item was to be delivered 9th March, tracking said it had attempted delivery, as explained no attempt made. It did eventually arrive day after..
