Product good, hard to return
So far the product seems to be working. However due to the website glitching or perhaps bad internet connection, I accidentally bought two. I tried to return one, but they said the shipping would be pricey so they offered to refund half of the price of the product, no shipping necessary. I took them a year, but they followed through. And for that, I am thankful. They always were quick to reply to my emails too.

Ozzy mozzie is a scam! I ordered two zappers back in October and they have not arrived. I emailed twice and no response. I think I have been scammed and they have stolen my money! Do not buy their products!

This is the last straw this Company have no feeling of telling the truth after advising me to check my bank,also checked their company who do their deposits(which I received $89AUS of the$312AUS owing).JD has had oppertunity to have this corrected.All the B.S. of how sorry she feels for me.This old pensioner just wants to get on with life.Show some ticker
