I tried to return one, but they said the shipping would be pricey so they offered to refund half of the price of the product, no shipping necessary. I took them a year, but they followed through. And for that, I am thankful. They always were quick to reply to my emails too.
Ozzy mozzie is a scam! I ordered two zappers back in October and they have not arrived. I emailed twice and no response. I think I have been scammed and they have stolen my money! Do not buy their products!
