Firstly it was a smooth purchase - item was delivered as stated - no fuss. Great hearing aids - good value for money. Works very well - would have been better if it had an app with bluetooth connect... See more

their refund policy is bogus. The 100% refund guarantee with no questions asked is not adhered to. Plus I was offered 1/2 in store credit. This was after 15 days from order date.
This company is run by incompetent people who say one thing one day and do the opposite the next day. I am sure I lost money trying to buy a mosquito control device. I never received it.
Product is tiny, & ineffective, but the worst is the unauthorised (subscription?) charges - even when you remove the subscription from your cart they still start it up and it’s impossible to stop.
Do not even think about buying through them - Avoid them like the plague!!
I purchased 3 of the mosquito killing lamps.
I've tried them a few times and they seem to kill all sorts of bugs as well as some mosquitos. There still seem to be mosquitos around when they are on but I don't seem to get bitten as much. So they probably work sort of, but certainly not to the magical extent advertised.
I would still be happy enough except for the highly misleading order page. The page is cluttered and constantly tries to upsell you things. I ended up ordering things I didn't want.
The worst part however is the "subscription". I did not realize I was signing up to a subscription and have no idea what it is for. Why would anyone buy a product like a mosquito zapper and then get an ongoing subscription of 48 dollars a month which is a similar cost to the actual zapper?!
I've emailed asking for cancellation and a refund 2 days ago and have still not received a response.
Worth noting that they do not respond to negative reviews at all, just positive ones. Also worth noting on their website it is not obvious where they are based but upon receiving a confirmation of delivery email from them the address is one in the US (WNW Group LLC, Sheridan, Sheridan WY 82801, United States) and not in Australia which is certainly implied in their marketing.
Finally the website says they have Over 27,485 Five Star Reviews, but if you look at Trust pilot or other major review sites they have much less than 27k reviews in total, and many of those reviews are negative. Where are these 27k, 5 out of 5 star reviews?
There is just too much wrong for this to be anything but deliberately misleading at best. The products would be ok but the deception makes them not worth it at all.
I would not trust them.
I placed an order on 22 January 2026, but despite being told it had shipped, the tracking number provided does not appear to be valid. Multiple attempts to contact the company have gone unanswered. DO NOT buy from this company! Do yourself a favour and take heed of the bad reviews.
I purchased 1 air cooler but the website was trying to upsell other options and I ended up with 2 air coolers which cost $241NZ. Very expensive. Upon receiving, and charging them up, they only lasted approx 2-3 hours each on the low function. They are supposed to last around 8 hours. The misting function did not work. The company did respond to my emails and suggested options, communicated well and initially offered a 30% refund and they'd send another. I didn't trust another to be any better and requested a refund. They would only offer 50% and keep the items. To return them to China is the only full refund option and I couldn't find a company that would send them due to the lithium battery or one company did but charged $141 to return. Then I get charged $56 in Jan and Feb for their subscription service which apparently you sign up to when you purchase. There was no receipt and no offer of what this includes and what I am entitled to. I requested proof of my agreeing to this and was promptly refunded back to my card. I have reported this company to various Consumer affairs in Australia and NZ due to their website and selling techniques.
I do not recommend the air cooler. It does not work as advertised and you cannot return it for a full refund.
All I wanted was 4 anti-mosquito lamps and I only find out they signed me up for membership when they charged my credit card each month. I can't get anyone to answer the phone there. I have emailed at least 3 times and so far only one refund has appeared on my credit card. Then I get an email saying they are about to deduct my credit card AGAIN. I have cancelled my card.
Do not buy anything off the site when its advertising anything. I bought desk fans that were shit and when I returned them for a refund ($70 postage) the company kept making excuses about the money is being processed.....they will never pay back so best to spread the word and shut these bustards from ripping Aussies off.
Absolutely beyond disgusted with the way Ozzi Home has handled this situation regarding my grandmother’s hearing aids.
The product is completely sealed and unused. She has complied with every requirement they have asked for in order to process a refund. Despite this, they are continuing to charge her and refusing to resolve the matter properly.
This is an elderly woman who simply wants her money back for a product she has not used. There is no justification for ongoing charges when the item is sealed and all return conditions have been met.
The stress this has caused her is unacceptable. Companies dealing with medical devices — especially hearing aids — should operate with integrity, transparency, and basic decency. Instead, we have experienced the complete opposite.
I strongly caution others, particularly families of elderly customers, to think carefully before dealing with this company.
I am fuming with this brand. I thought I was buying one mosquito zapper, turns out some small print had tricked me into buying two.
Later I found out I was part of a subscription as well! No idea where this was written, but when I asked for the subscription to be cancelled, they waited till I was charged again before coming back to me to cancel even though I got in touch several days before the renewal date.
Do not get tricked by this company - it seems they have intentionally designed the buying process of any products with hidden charges, so you don't really know what you're paying for.
Ozzihome are a scam, I tried to cancel but Frank told me it was too late to cancel. Then the item took 3 more weeks to arrive. Before it arrived I was charged $47 for a subscription I to what, I have no idea. The cooling item doesn’t work and as for the ‘subscription’ well it must have been the well hidden in the payment process because I would never sign up for a subscription that I won’t use. Oh, by the way this subscription is not being refunded because they say that I had the benefit of it for a month. I don’t even know what it is . This is a cruel rude dishonest company. Keep away. ps since writing this I have had inappropriate phone calls.
Stay away from this company. They offered a cooler for $88, charged me $112 & then tried to get another $47 in fraudulent transaction exactly 1 month later. Stay away at all costs
Do not have anything to do with this company. Once you have made a purchase they will keep billing you for unauthorised purchases. Thieves.
Why am I being charged $47.00 a month for something I did not sign up too.Stop theses payment claims at once. This is a scam and I am reporting your company to the consumer protection board both in Australua and the USA.
Poor quality goods, overpriced.
I was signed up for some subscription I didn't want. As soon as I saw it charged to my credit card I contacted them to cancel and refund.
They refused to cancel the charge.
Absolute scam.
Taking too long to get any resolution and refund for cancelled ordered within 5mins of order on 13Dec25. It is now 24Jan26 still nothing and I’m being charged $47 for subscription? Whatever for?
Ozzi Home added a "free" membership to my order without my consent. I purchased a mosquito zapper for $77.98, which is now advertised for $61 (another pain point!).
They then charged me $47 for some reoccurring subscription that I did not consent to or sign up to.
excellent communication from .order to delivery................'[; ;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;
Beware - fraudulent website! Very misleading, and many hidden costs you don’t know you have signed up for, like extended warranty and a membership that I never knew I signed up for until I was charged a month later! Do not buy from here!!
"Exactly what I ordered, great product, definitely work amazing
