I’m so pleased that I purchased this chair from Ozzi Gear! Super easy to assemble and so comfortable.

Hello, I just got my Ozzi chair and I really like it. It’s relay light and compact and easy to carry with the shoulder strap. First time stretching the fabric is a bit hard but after that it is very easy to set up and pack back in. Just release the Velcro strap and the legs fold out by itself and then just pull the frame out and you’re ready to use it. It’s really comfortable to sit in Thanks a lot

I can’t complain about the chairs they are very good but we ordered a lounger and two ground sheets. They were delayed as there was a fault with a batch they received and waiting for more. Fair enough but when we eventually received them there was only one ground sheets. We got in touch and was asked to send a photo of what arrived which I did. Strangely the email kept being returned as failed, even though all I did was click reply to their email which I had done previously. Not good customer service if you just block emails from people. They say these chairs come with lifetime guarantee which are expensive but sadly I wouldn’t have much faith in them dealing with that.

I wanted to not like it but, I do. I bloody do. It took two weeks to get here and was drop shipped from China. But, it is compact and small and easy to carry around. It takes less than 30 seconds to deploy and it is comfy. it really is.

Is it worth the money? I hope so, It is built well and doesn't feel or look cheap. It is expensive but, it's comfortable.

I hate to admit it but, I love it.

Replaced all our old chairs which were bulky uncomfortable and difficult to erect, for two of these great Ozzi Gear chairs. Super quality, easy to erect & will be using on the beach later in the year. Also on our camping trips in our camper van!

Still waiting for my chairs! It has been 15 days so far with tracking messages just going around in circles. Communication with this company seems to involve delay tactics rather than rectification or answers. The chairs were ordered so I could take them on a road trip, with delivery expected, (according to Ozzie Gear website), in 10 to 12 days. I will now not have them for this trip and think this company is a poor joke! At this stage I do not think the company is genuinely customer focused and therefore do not recommend Ozzi Gear at all.

So far is a great product. Hope to use very soon camping whilst on our next motorbike and camping adventure.

I hesitated a lot, even contacted their support to make sure I'd get a refund if unhappy. But I love them, and so does my husband. Comfy, good quality, easy to set up, easy to pack. Worth the price.

I received my lounge chair it was faulty one of the legs pins was broken i tried putting it back in myself but couldn't get it in. The company were dreadful to deal with. The chair was new unused and well within my 45 day return policy .. the chair was broken so I couldn't even use it, ozzi gear wouldn't pay for post for it to be returned to them they gave me the absolute run around with emails going back and forth for a few weeks so I took it to consumer protection only then did they issue a refund. They con people into leaving a positive review by offering a free chair. Beware of this company and if your chair isn't right go see consumer protection because all that crap they said in there emails to me was not true, I did not have to pay the return post and I did not need all the original packing as in the cardboard box. Consumer protection will help you if needed.
I have emails and messages from them fully knowing the chair was faulty and still telling me.i had to pay return post. Stop telling lies Peter and Joe shame on you both!!

Having had many heavy beach chairs that are a struggle to carry along with our body board and lunch, the Ozzi chair has been a revelation. Light, easy to put up, and put away but still with remarkable support for its small size and just the job for a picnic at the beach or on a walk. We love them.
A word to new users, the first few times you pull up the second section on the back it is stiff but soon stretches.

The chair is ok but how disappointing they are made in China.... so much for an Australian company. The customer service is a joke, three weeks for delivery is rubbish. I wouldn't recommend considering hiw EXPENSIVE they for a Chinese product. AVOID

Ordered 10 days ago and still in the dark. I put an order in 10 days ago and no receipt of order, just lots of messages about whether I still wanted to order! However they had taken my money ! After emails from me they said they had my order and I would get an update "soon". ( why not then?) Still waiting with NO receipt of my order, like you get from every other supplier immediately you order with details of where it is at and how you can track it. If it wasn't for all the other reviews I would think this is a scam

I opened my Ozzi Gear chair and was firstly so pleased how light it was. I wanted to be able to set this up myself. I had trouble pulling the back legs up the first time, my son had to help me but by the fourth time I could do it myself. I love the size and how sturdy the chair is. I know I will love it!!

Purchased 2 chairs with a discount code of $15 off, I wasn’t happy with the product when it arrived so asked to return them, company is refusing the return as I used a discount code at purchase. I thought I had a 45 day return if I wasn’t happy. Chairs are very small and dig into your back.

I watched videos, read reviews and researched for some months before finally buying 2 ozzie waterbottle sized chairs for myself and my husband. Luckily postage was fast as I had an outdoor festival event coming up and it arrived just in time. What do you know, we happened to set up right next to someone with the same chair! And we were all still feeling quite comfortable at the end of the 2 or so hours. My sausage fingers were able to set up and pack down the chairs easily. No more low chairs which I can no longer get up and down from anyway. No more broken chairs. No more large chairs that are completely impractical to cart around. Seriously I haven't regretted this at all.

After sending pictures of the chair to the company, they responded immediately ans send me another chair…
No fussy,no delay, fast and furious….!

The chair is sturdy, light, well made and folds up nice and small. It is worth getting the ground sheet to tuck the legs into to keep them clean

Great customer service. Had an issue with one of our chairs. Contacted Peter and chair was replaced without question. Would definitely recommend based on great communication and customer support.
