Made an order on the 13th of December and as of 5th of January I am STILL waiting for it to be shipped. The item is listed as in stock, and no indication was given that it would take this amount of time to send the order.
Claims customer service is 24/7, but they don't respond overnight so that claim is doubtful. Customer service claim they can't provide express shipping for the inconvenience because they don't offer it, but their website says that they do have express shipping.
Also claim that they can't cancel or refund the order because it's "been sent for packing". Shipping label not produced until after a complaint is made, despite the company having had multiple days being open since the order was marked as sent for packing.
Only attempt to make the issue better in anyway way was to provide a (very small) amount of their "loyalty coins" - which I would still need spend another $30-$40 to have enough to get a $5 discount on a transaction AFTER that.
Shop elsewhere, this company is either terrible or a scam.

Very bad and the worst experience in Pop’s purchasing. I’m a valuable collector and I look for Funko Pop ! in perfect conditions. One of them arrived in unacceptable status, they replied that box was valued on their website as 7/10, but this value was not enhanced, if none I didn’t buy it. There were various hits, but the worst damage was a 2 cm cut below, that they considered (claiming their policy) a minor flaw ! It’s just ridiculous. I was in a vulnerable position since I’m in Italy and they are in Australia. I requested a return label, but they denied it. I proposed also to deduct from my refund the postage (less expensive for them than for me: for me the postage was almost the cost of the item, and they knew it !), but they denied again. At the end they offered me (is it a joke ?!) some stupid loyalty credits for a future purchase. Future purchase ??!! Never more !!
Ps: moreover I had to pay also additional unexpected customs duties…
In my top 3 go-to Funko Pop shops. They always make sure their pops ship out in the perfect condition. I've only had one problem but even then they offered a solution and everything was fine! They respond in less than 24 hours... Sometimes even 12! Their Instagram page is quite active as well. You can tell that they're passionate about what they do.
