You say you get the bonus, but then demand deposits and other challenges before paying out. I had over 600 dollars and have received 5 dollars and can't get any more out till i keep playing!!!! Very dodgy and misleading. Total scam

I have been waiting for a payout for over 24 hours they weren't replying to me threw the chat and now they are replying with a.i only and I can't get a straight answer it's actually terrible, they should just be straight with me, instead of giving the run around with my payment, my chat must be on ignore and because I'm only receiving A.I replies, very poor customer service so far and lack of respect for there customer, not real impressed at this point.

Don't like honouring promo
Signed up a while ago first time playing in months, got a no deposit promo code which states no consecutive deposits needed. Only to get told I have exceeded the free bonus limit. When questioned about it I got the usual robot answer "make a deposit and you will be able to claim". Don't go near this "casino". They asked for a copy of my bank debit card. But they asked me to send it through email which no casino should ever do for privacy reasons. No third party encryption service is used which makes this casino really dodgy. They are not proffesional in any way. Repeated excuses for delays on withdrawal. Then when I call them out on it I haven't received an email back for over 24hrs. But before that they emailed back all the time. Funny how the don't message me back now. I will be calling and reporting this to get them shut down completely. Good luck ozwin. Lawyer will be involved.
