The service for Oz sticker printing is awful! I asked over 5 times to talk to a designer about my custom decals and each time they refused to let me talk to someone. I tried to go down the road to pick up my stickers from their shop, but they do not allow local pickup because all work is done outside of Australia. This means I have to pay $20 shipping for EACH sticker.

During my fun times trying to get a hold of them, I sent them pictures of my vehicle trying to show them actual words and where the decals are to go. In the end i got decals and stickers the size of my hand. The cost, $170.

Invoice No.010119120832785 If Oz is at all interested in fixing this. I've tried calling to resolve this, but the service from the support representatives equates to repeating the same sentence over and over.

Great service and a great product! Have used Oz Sticker multiple times and have always found their products to be of high quality and at a great price, the company is quick to respond with good communication to facilitate an easy transaction. Will continue to use for all sticker purchases in the future.

Oz Sticker Printing is easy to work with and provides fast and speedy delivery on the order. The quality of the stickers I ordered were outstanding as well. I am glad to place my next sticker order with them. The only feedback I would give is perhaps they can provide free sample pack to potential or existing customers.

The labels arrived yesterday, all 40 thousand of them, and they look absolutely fantastic. They stick to the bottles really well, and the ink does not come off if the perfume runs down the bottle. Exuberant!

The stickers arrived two days ago and I was finally able to pick them up today, they look amazing and I'm very impressed with the graphics team who patiently helped me with my design by sending multiple versions of my stickers for me to choose between. Every interaction was pleasant and it was obvious that Ozstickerprinting wanted to give me the best stickers for my buck, and I very much appreciate it.

The shipping was fast, and the stickers were surprisingly glossy and look very professional! It's so amazing to see our small business logo in such a professional light.

Stay away from this company, they blocked me after i request for a refund. The quality of the stickers were awful, so bad i won't use it at all.

Astonishing service! I have been so impressed by Oz Sticker Printing that I'd recommend them to anybody needing top quality labels at great value prices and with super-fast delivery. The costing process, ordering and artwork upload was just great. Confirmation and proof was within hours. I guess I anticipated a week or so for delivery, but the arrived within a few days, with excellent tracking. But, best of all (besides the unbelievable pricing) was the quality. I ordered matt cello labels and they were awesome: even how they were die-cut. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED and my go-to for all labels from now onwards!

OzStickerprinting gives you the best service where the public can see. However none of the beautiful promises that they make there are carried out, not a single one. I had honestly wasted all the money which I spent with them, no thanks to their subpar product quality. So when I received a semi positive response from them on July 9, I was happy and hopeful.

When nothing goes wrong with an order, all communications are smooth. You receive all your customers' emails and calls, and they get all of yours too.
But when a mishap does occur, you'll magically lose the capability to contact anybody.

I have used Oz Sticker printing for all my adhesive and business card needs over the last 4 years. Always delivered in a professional manner and email back usually within a few hours with proofs! Easy to deal with and no nonsense website with all the options and regular specials. Highly recommend!

The worst printer ever. The colors printed look nothing like the proofs. But they blamed me and said i approved the proof so it’s not their mistake. Um, yes it is, when it’s an entirely different colour. They’ll take your money, print unusable stickers and refuse to reprint them. 50 bad reviews saying the same thing can’t all be wrong. Stay away.
