On Friday June 20th ,2025 ,I bought 15,000 X/Twitter followers from this fraudulent merchant who owns an smm panel called Ozsm.net . He only delivered 1 out of the 15,000 X/Twitter followers that I purchased from him for $21.00 . He intentionally prematurely marked the order as completed without it ever actually completing ! The seller is a slimy low-down disingenuous dirty no good swindler ,criminal, crook and a thief .I sent them numerous messages on their website about them not delivering my Twitter/X followers and all they give me is absolutely flimsy and false excuses. The merchant ULAZ LTD aka Ozsm.net blatantly stole my $21.00 I sent to his PayPal and never delivered the 15k followers that I paid them with my hard earned money for . I have requested a full refund of my $21.00 USD from this merchant and for PayPal to assist with the recovery of my stolen money .In addition to this I am filing a non fraud dispute with via my bank to get the money refunded to me just in case .I also sent emails to ULAZ LTD and they never responded to me at all . I highly suspect that they have stolen money from other victims . I think they should be permanently banned on PayPal so they will not be able to bamboozle and rob any further victims. Please don't pay any attention to the fake positive reviews that are written on here for Ozsm.net . This company either wrote them themselves or paid people to post spurious good reviews. Ozsm is the undisputed worst SMM Panel in the world . Their services don't even work so please don't throw away your funds on Ozsm.net . They are complete frauds ,con artists ,and charlatans. These cybercriimnals need to be locked up in prison for illegally stealing people's money and not delivering any semblance of service ! They want you to send them free money while they either cancel the order or both swiftly and incorrectly mark it as completed when in fact it never finished. It's too bad I can't give this scumbag 0 stars like what he would deserve. I guess 1 star will have to suffice .

We take our business and reputation very seriously and would like to formally respond to the false and defamatory review left by this user.
Firstly, the customer never contacted us via support tickets regarding any refund before initiating a PayPal dispute. We have no record of any such request through the proper support channels. Instead, the customer intentionally altered their Twitter/X handle multiple times during ongoing orders, despite us clearly warning them twice via support that this behavior would cause delivery issues.
Their actions directly interfered with the delivery process, leading to failed or incomplete deliveries — which is precisely what we explained multiple times before. Each time we tried to help, the user ignored our advice and repeated the same behavior, then later accused us falsely of refusing refunds — which never occurred. In fact, they bypassed all communication and unilaterally opened a PayPal dispute, which was refunded without our objection, even though we were not at fault.
Their review contains offensive and defamatory language, including personal attacks that violate Trustpilot’s community guidelines. The accusations of "fraud", "scam", and other criminal claims are entirely false, baseless, and legally problematic.
We encourage anyone reading this to look at the hundreds of satisfied customers who use our services every day without issue. Our support is responsive, and we stand by the quality of our services.
We will also be reporting this review to Trustpilot for violating guidelines on abuse, harassment, and false claims.
