Do not buy from these guys - it’s Fraud they take your money and deliver no product. I should have read the reviews prior to purchase.
Stay away!!!

Reading these reviews, same experience. Do not buy from here, terrible response times if any (days at least), asked for a refund recieved nothing, just ignored me with absolutely no response, placed the order back in either september or october of 2025. genuinely ridiculous.

100% Scam.
Never sent anything and provide a fake parcel tracking number.
It's been two months.

Ordered on November 1st. They said I would receive my order in a week or two. No update or parcel tracking until December 1st and even then it took them like 10 days to deliver, and I live in New Zealand so I expected it to come a lot quicker. Their replies are most times automated and do not address the real issue. I got my parcel but even then it was not worth it how long I waited and how many times I was worried about my order.

I bought 4 days ago now and haven’t received any updates on what’s happening even tried asking support but no luck EDIT: I got my package but still a scam in their website the test C says it’s 10mg /10ml and I paid for 2 vials but only got a single injection tiny little vial bloody scammers

Slow responses, non-existent shipping, and misleading “2-day AU/NZ delivery” claim.

I placed an order with OzPeptides because their website looks professional and clearly advertises 2-day shipping to AU/NZ.
Unfortunately, my actual experience has been the complete opposite.

🚩 1. No shipping for weeks despite “2-day” claim
It has now been over two weeks since I placed my order, and there is still no indication that the parcel has actually been shipped. The promised delivery timeframe is highly misleading.

🚩 2. Tracking number doesn’t work — stuck on “Pending”
I eventually received a tracking number, but the tracking link in the email does not work.
Entering the number manually into Australia Post only shows “Pending”; this means the company created a label but never handed the parcel to the courier.
No movement or updates for days
Every tracking number entered shows the same “Pending” status, which is effectively the same as having no shipment at all!

🚩 3. Extremely slow responses & repeated copy-paste excuses
Communication with the seller has been frustrating.
I had to message multiple times to get a response, often waiting hours or days.
When they do reply, the responses are almost always the same copy-paste message:
“We were busy setting up a new warehouse and had issues shipping out orders.”
They repeated this multiple times, even after claiming “all orders have been shipped,” yet my tracking still shows no updates.

🚩 4. Lack of transparency about delays
If they are experiencing significant operational delays, this should be clearly stated on the website before taking payments, especially when they continue to advertise fast 2-day shipping.

Instead, customers only learn about the delays after placing the order and following up repeatedly.

My experience with OzPeptides has included:
❌ No real shipping after more than two weeks
❌ Tracking permanently stuck at “Pending”
❌ Slow, repetitive, and non-helpful communication
❌ Misleading shipping promises
❌ Zero transparency
❌ Still waiting for shipment...

I regret ordering from this website and hope this review helps others avoid the same situation.
Never buying from here again; scammers.

They still have not yet shipping the package.. I dont care about warehouse setup, delays, etc. - it is your job to update the website accordingly so we buyers can make informed decisions.
I will update this message again once items are shipped.

Terrible customer service. Bought via crypto and had to keep requesting for updates through the chatbot on their app, took them 3 - 4 days to answer sometimes. As soon as I asked for a refund, they started responding quicker. Placed my order at the beginning of October/late September and I still have no information whatsoever. They’ve provided a faulty tracking number which doesn’t update at all.

Could not recommend this service any less to anyone. Also they only have in-house tests on their products for purity, kept asking for 3rd party tests on it but I’m guessing they don’t want to get them done for obvious reasons.

Again, DO NOT BUY FROM HERE.

I think i might have been scammed.
I placed my order (#1762) 2 weeks ago and haven't recieved any confirmation or denial email. I contacted their support multiple times for which I recieved absolutely no response.
For a supplier with a nice website, an app and many (most likely paid) tiktok accounts recommending them, they have SEVERE operational issues. And occording to other reviews people are having a similar issue.

I’m really disappointed with my experience at OZPeptides.
I placed my order (#1625) on September 30th, and after more than a month, I still haven’t received any shipping updates or tracking information.
I contacted support several times — the replies were vague and didn’t resolve anything.
This level of delay and lack of communication is unacceptable, especially for a company that claims to have reliable customer service.

I sent money through crypto and got no info on my order with the live chat ignoring me anytime I ask about my order. Also the vendor below is probably just someone on the pr team trying to hide there shady tactics.

Edit – Order #1675:
It’s been 45 days since I placed my order, and I still haven’t received anything. I understand delays can happen, but this is far too long and completely unacceptable. When I asked for my item to be shipped without BAC water just to speed things up, they ignored my message entirely. Their chat support only replies quickly when it’s time to send money — after that, they disappear.

NEVER use this company. They are scammers who take your money and ignore you emails and messages. All they kept telling me after 1 .5 weeks of not receiving the product is "boss we will see if we can send it tomorrow." they said this 5 days in a row now.

I repeat never use this company ever again.

EDIT - my order number is Order #1637. I have made payment on the 1st of october, 2025. I didn't order BAC water.

EDIT - i received my order but will leave this post to show what i endured just to receive my product.

Very helpful Customer service and Product was good quality

Ordered twice from here, first time was great, they were able to put in a custom order for products not listed on the website and they shipped quickly, and all the products worked great. Second order had some issues, but support was really helpful and gave excellent compensation. Would recommend, great for first timers.

Bogus shipping information, no parcel.
Total scam.

Don’t be fooled by the response from the ‘vendor’ below. I received an email from the seller, promptly after posting this review. But still no valid tracking, and weeks later, no product has arrived.

Buyer beware, don’t waste your money.
