Amazing product, great website and great customer service. Did have a billing issue but customer contact was quick and the matter got resolved.

I was shopping around for a deal on a Sage dual boiler espresso machine.
It came down to shipping rates and timeframes and I contacted Chris at Ozone who was super helpful. He was immediately disarming in his professionalism and honesty. He didn’t build my hopes up on the delivery timeframe, giving me best and worst case scenarios. So, I was well aware of when it MIGHT arrive.
So I was absolutely gobsmacked when the machine arrived barely 24 hours after I’d ordered it.
Amazing customer service and genuinely lovely people to deal with. Oh, if only all shopping transactions could be like this.
So Im raising my first flat white on the machine to you Chris. Cheers and thank you again.

I’ve been subscribing a while now ( having tried many different suppliers). I mix up selecting the seasonal blend with speciality blends. All arrive on time and as expected. Freshly roasted. Great coffee and reliable service.

I've been a Hasbean/Ozone subscriber now for >12 years. Yes, the price has gone up, and the bag size has gone down, BUT... I still absolutely love every cup of coffee I make. I'm an Aeropress/French Press user and the beans just make wonderful coffee. With the annual secret stash, I love the full stories that come with the coffee; it's one of the highlights of my month. The Ozone team's customer service is also exceptional. I really feel like I'm been looked after by a team that a) love great coffee and b) really care about their customer base. Here is to another wonderful year together. Thank you all for bringing such wonderful coffee into my life.

Scammers are obtaining customers names and email addresses from Ozone Coffee and are sending out phishing email offers to the email addresses. Ozone Coffees solution to this is 10% discount offers which are essentially worthless to international customers when shipping and customs charges are taken into consideration. I am constantly hearing about the importance of cybersecurity in our ever-increasingly technological modern world but in reality money seems to supersede the importance of peoples rights.

Further reply/update: I don't mean for this review to come across as overly negative or a hit piece, I just find it frustrating that there is such importance placed on cybersecurity nowadays across almost all industries but in reality it comes down to money. I understand that there is only so much we can do to battle scammers but I just wish there was more transparency around data collecting. In 2025 it is people's names and email addresses being taken which I'm not fully blaming Ozone or such companies for because legally there is nothing individuals can do and personally I wouldn't want to because companies like yourselves are honest and doing great work, its just that, 5 or so years from now it could be facial recognition data that goes missing (from payment transactions) and customers would still be in the same boat. Anyways, thank you for your reply, I appreciate the sourcing work that you do and I will look into your partners in Dublin, as you mention, for future orders.

Amazing customer service - Royal Mail delivered my coffee to the wrong address. I contacted Ozone, who tracked it down to the house 3 doors down from me by using the delivery photo and Google Maps. I'd have never found it without them - thank you!

The coffee is excellent, great choice and quality.

I've been a loyal customer of Hasbean/lattery Ozone for over a decade, consistently enjoying their coffee and appreciating the reasonable price of £6.50 per bag. While I do understand and sympathise with cost challenges roasters are facing, recent price hikes have pushed the cost up by £2, making it considerably less appealing.
Sadly, this increase coincides with a persistent issue I've encountered with their beans. They require an extremely fine grind, almost to the point of the burrs starting to grind themselves together, to achieve an espresso extraction. Even then, the shots tend to run too fast. I've tolerated this for a couple of years now, hoping for an improvement.
It seems I'm not alone in this experience. Many others have reported similar difficulties with their beans. While I've been a long-time subscriber, the combination of the price increase and the ongoing grind issue has unfortunately forced my hand. I've finally pressed the cancel button.
With the current pricing, there are simply better quality coffee subscriptions available that offer a more consistent and hassle-free experience.

Katie at Ozone provided us with excellent customer service. Bought a coffee selection at an espresso grind setting, but when it didn’t cooperate with our home espresso machine, Katie helpfully suggested a new setting and sent a tester pack to try. The whole process has been very helpful and really appreciated as her support provide a huge cost and time saving!

First time ordering from Ozone- absolutely loved it! Super quick delivery and the half-caff blend is DELICIOUS. Great vibes all around. Highly recommend! Will be ordering my coffee from here from now on. Thanks Ozone!

I recently ordered the Brazil: Inglaterra, Canario blend for my french press after a friend recommended Ozone and I'll definitely be ordering again! It's a delicious blend - I love the hint of almond and raisins on the aftertaste. I also love that Ozone are a B Corp, and that their packaging is both minimal and compostable - and fits perfectly through my letter box!

Ordered the half-caf bag of whole beans. Very impressed with the whole Ozone experience. So many brands on the market it’s hard to choose, but felt the customer experience at Ozone shone through. Great coffee and really glad I tried the half-caf, going to be the staple for us going forward!!

Ordered the ground beans for our French Press and what a treat! Our new favourite coffee. Absolutely delicious and we have tried many brands..! This was the first time I’ve ordered the Half Caff coffee from Ozone, and I can safely say I would highly recommend! Full flavour, half the caff. So delicious - you can’t taste the difference between these beans and full caff in my opinion which is what I love. Speedy delivery, great communication, friendly team, all their coffee is sourced responsibly, absolutely love the packaging, best in the business!
